Hoped for better: Value for money

for appointment Dr. I paid 300 rs. but when I visited him. I have to paid 500 rs extra. Dr asked for RS. 500 extra almost from all patients.

Dr. Sachin kr maheshwari replied

Saw this response today only. If I am asking extra rs 500 from all patients,I think would not have been around for 14 years.. This in itself is self explanatory.
