I’m suffering from neck pain since almost 1 month . And I consulted with doctor and he suggested to meet dr Pankaj sharma for physiotherapy. Then I meet dr Pankaj sharma and he diagnosed me and assess me very well . He educate me that because of my posture my neck muscle got tight and all pain because of that perticular muscle. He suggested to go for physio 10 session. I had taken 10 sessions at my home. After 2-3 session my pain is getting Better. After 10 sessions pain is almost gone .
