Availability of Dr Devashish is major concern

My review is for all those persons like me who make their decision based on reviews posted online.

My back pain had been troubling me badly. I was not able to even sit or stand for a minute. Based on reviews online, I decided to book an appointment for Dr Devashish in Sec 104 clinic on 13th May 2022.I reached there on time and found that there was no other patient. I was told that doctor comes on call. After waiting for about an hour, Dr Devashish came to the clinic. He examined me and went through my lumbar spine MRI report. I was very much impressed with him, found him very professional in his approach and he answered all my queries with no signs of hurry. He wrote prescription for me along with dedicated MRI for pelvis and hips joints as was indicated in lumbar spine MRI.

I got those MRI done very next day in morning and called his secretary for doctor’s appointment mentioning her that I have got the reports and there seems to be major problem in my report as per radiologist and i needed to immediately consult with the doctor.

To my dismay, she said that doctor operates in Agra on Saturday and Sunday, so I cannot see him before Monday. I requested her to at least forward my reports to doctor on WhatsApp so that if required, my medicines can be changed based on the report. But she bluntly denied and asked me to call her on Monday morning to book appointment. I spend weekend in pain in hope that I will get to see the doctor on Monday and pain will get lessened.

There was no improvement with the medicines that were prescribed to me, and I was having tough time. I called Doctor's assistant on Monday Morning for appointment, and she told me that doctor is not available. He will come to clinic near Pari Chowk in late evening and if i have to meet him, then i will have to come there. I told her about my condition and requested if she can forward my request to doctor to see me in his sector 104 clinic, but she denied.

The hospital where she was asking to come was at distance of 90 mins from my place and there used to be heavy traffic in evening hours. It was not possible for me to sit for so long in cab and then in hospital for my turn. I told her about my condition that I am facing problems in even sitting for a minute, how would i travel so far to consult doctor. She said that she can’t help and asked me to come to emergency in hospital.

There was no option for me other than to wait for one more day to see doctor in Sec 104 clinic. I called her again on Tuesday morning requesting her to give me an appointment. She (Damini, perhaps her name was) started shouting on me that why I don’t understand that doctor is busy with operations and can't come to see me at his clinic. I must come to hospital near Pari Chowk only if i want to get consultation from doctor. I asked her why you did not tell me this thing when I first time booked doctor's appointment. She did not answer and disconnected my call.

I was disheartened with her behaviour and decided to no longer spend my time waiting for this doctor's appointment. I told her that I will post my review and she said that it did not matter to her, and I can go ahead. She called me later on the next day if I still want to see the doctor but I said that I have an appointment with another doctor at that time in New Delhi.

I did WhatsApp of my reports to Dr Devashish mobile number which he saw but did not reply anything. I again send him WhatsApp about his staff rude behaviour, but he only asked what went wrong and did not care to comment anything on my report/medication. Her secretary sent message that doctor will call me, but he never did.**** ********* *** ** *** **** ****** *** *** ****** ******** *** ******* *** *** ** ** ******** *** even after seeing the problems being faced by his patients, he is not responding then I should say that one should think twice or thrice before consulting **** ********* **** ********

I was experiencing sharp ear pain along with dizziness. I consulted Dr. Vasun Batra after reading good reviews, and I’m glad I did. He took proper time during consultation, didn’t rush, and explained the treatment plan clearly. The medication worked perfectly and now I am completely fine. ** ** ***** *** ** *** **** *** ******* *** *** **** **********

I went to Dr. Vasun Batra after noticing reduced hearing in one ear and constant discomfort. Naturally, I was quite worried. She conducted a proper ENT check-up and explained that the issue was related to ear blockage and inflammation. After the treatment she suggested, my hearing improved and the discomfort gradually disappeared. Her professional approach and clear communication made the whole experience much easier.

Denied to do treatment, suggest to go other doctor, denied to provide surgery and very stateforward, busy person
