Dr. Bandana's Multispeciality Dental Clinic, Sector 93

I had tooth pain and the doc really looked into the matter with depth, and suggested me 3 fillings , which was done nicely, then after 3 months the 1 filling got out , and also I had another previous tooth cap that came out. I got it fixed again and things went fine. After a week the tooth cap again came off . So , my experience did not went well. May be it's just my case and the doc did her part well. But things didn't turn well for me after 2 visits, though I appreciate her efforts and the detailing which she provides.

Happened for the second time!!

I had booked an appointment for 1pm through Practo which I had to reschedule to another slot and so I called the staff and confirmed doctors availability and he advised that the doctor is free at 6:30 and so I should reschedule the same via Practo which I did. I reached the clinic at sharp 6:30pm and I was told to wait as there was a patient to which I happily agreed but it got to a point where I had waited for more than 45mins and I challenged. But to my utmost surprise the staff tells me that because the doctor had some free time before my appointment so she accepted a walk-in patient and apparently the procedure was taking time so I would need to wait. Unprincipled - that they ask someone with prior booking to wait for more than 45mins for an unplanned one. Highly Unprofessional!!

How could the doctor accept a walk-in patient when she knew there are appointments lined up? And when I spoke to the doctor she says because I had asked to reschedule so they tried to fit me in on the evening slots ***** ** * ***** *** a) i made the booking and rescheduled via Practo and only after confirming the available slots so theres no question of fitting me in

b) the staff later said that it has been unfair to me as I have been waiting and that doctor took a walk in patient.

Would not recommend at all !!!

Dr Sandhu seems to be well experienced in her field. Sheexplained the line of treatment before proceeding with the treatment.

Just an additional input it would help the patient if the charges are informed in advance by her staff for various procedures.

I found Dr. Gurbandana to be extremly efficient and professional. She put me at ease and a visit to the dentist proved to be pleasant experience. The clinic was also very well maintained, staff was very polite and kept me informed about my wait times.

Dr. (Bandana sandhu) is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Dr. Bandana had fitted 3 crowns in my front teeth almost 18 months ago. One portion of the original tooth had fractured and come out partially from the gums. She explained the issue and removed the fractured part of my original tooth to my satisfaction

Visited the clinic for tooth ache n cavity. The doctor is very professional and punctual with no waiting time. The issues were well explained & solved satisfactorily. The clinic is neat and clean with good hygiene.

Dr. Bandana is extremely professional, warm and walks you through the procedure with precision.
