Hi, my name is Barnali Baruah and I am 38 years old. Today I want to share with you guys my journey of weight loss with Dt. Chayanika Sharma. Generally most of the people have a myth that we can not lose over weight without doing exercise or yoga or gym.. But today I can show that we can lose weight without any kind of exercise only by maintaining a proper diet. I have many health problems like thyroid, rheumatic, high bp, infertility etc bcz of which I take regular medicines... This regular intake of medicines and an improper diet routine had caused me to gain weight uncontrollably within one year... I was so worried as I could not have done anything to control it because of my rheumatic problem... Then one of my best friends suggested me to visit Dt Chayanika and it really changed everything... Her diet plans are filled with variety yet are simple... I started my diet routine during lockdown period but I have not found any difficulties to maintain my diet because everything she prescribed was so easily available and we use them in our daily life anyway. I have lost 10kg weight within one month and that too only by maintaining a proper diet without any exercise. I was 68 kg when I started my diet routine and Now I am 51 kg. I have never thought that I can also be like this without any kind of workout.. I have no words to thank you Dt. Chayanika Sharma, you have transformed me completely... And also want to say that her follow up and response is very prompt anytime anyday she will be there.
