Great Experience. i have gained good muscle weight while losing all extra fats from my body. The approach is completely healthy & scientific. I was a sports person and fitness enthusiast throughout my life. However, I gained weight during pregnancy. After a year, I lost weight and fat in terms of inches but my belly fat was still there like a bulge because of Diastasis recti (DR) .
