I have been in therapy for years and would have gone to my therapist but this was an emergency. Dr. Urmita is the least empathetic person I have ever come across. She continued smiling while I was crying, she kept asking me to get back to my boyfriend because "I would be single for 2 to 3 years", and insisted that my life was so good, so I shouldn't feel anxious at all. This is not how you approach someone who is experiencing a panic attack. *** ** *** **** *** ******* **** **** ** ***** ** **** ********* **** ******** This was a horrible experience and I strongly do not recommend counseling sessions with Dr. Urmita.
