Mind Eye, Bangur Avenue

As soon as the session with Dr. Talukdar began I felt a weight being lifted off my shoulders and as if I could confide in her about things which had been worrying me for a very long time. From the information she collected she was able to judge me accurately and understand the problems I was facing. She worked out these problems in detail and gave me advice on how to gradually overcome them, including a set of steps to be followed regularly. This two-hour session was itself immensely helpful and I feel that following Dr. Talukdar's advice is helping me move beyond the difficult state I have been in.

The doctors patiently listened to the problems told by me. They gave a complete reality check to me by suggesting the solution which would be ultimately good instead of just agreeing to my whims.

Also at a particular time, the doctor brought my mother and me in front of them and let us put forth our issues related to one another.

Overall they suggested a few practical and pragmatic solutions which needed to be done.

I had a quite good first session experience with Dr. Rupa Talukdar and her team, they patiently listened to my problems, the atmosphere was quite comforting and the doctors are quite light hearted too, I would recommend it for anyone struggling with mental health issues or others!

She is the one where you can submit yourself with all the problems and ask for her guidance to resolve the issue. I felt like she will suggest you to work on the root cause. Even if the solution is not the easy one that anyone may expect. There I felt like, I am in the right place. Because without resolving the root cause no actions can give you permanent solution.

The overall experience with Dr. Ms. Rupa Talukdar was good. Her team listened to my issues wholeheartedly, and the wait time and value for money were good as well.
