He wrote over the counter painkiller and didn't do the procedure on that day. He told me to bring 3000 rs and then he will operate. He did some xray for which he asked me money though he wouldn't be providing any hard copy. He has behaved very rudely pointing his finger and he even shouted towards us. He said multiple times that I have booked the appointment free of cost, I felt insulted by that. Just to reach his place cost me almost 500 in cab. ** **** ****** ** ** ***** **** *** **** **** * ****** ******* ** *********. It was a horrible experience for me and my father.

Doctor's patience against patient's nagging questions, but ultimately satisfying patient's queries, and also his non-ignoring previous doctor's prescription produced by this patient, which was studied by him, before his own prescribing, thereby advocating old adage - "Heart is more important than brain" (as mythologically answered by Yudhishthira to the one of two questions of Dharma, who was in disguise of a python snake, while in last journey).

Dr. Suvadip Kundu is an efficient and competent dentist coupled with friendly behaviour and a supportive, caring approach. My experience during an emergency dental issue has been notably satisfactory. Post consultation he reciprocates to follow up queries and provides supportive treatment whenever required.

I did not feel that I had a surgery done. It was a one and a half hour to two hour surgery. The clinic is very clean and doctors and staff ensure patients safety and well-being. All equipment’s at the clinic are clean. The Doctor explained the issue in details for a simple person to understand, they were very kind and empathetic. They value time, I have been there 3 times so far and never had to wait.

Dr. Kundu is very friendly, explained the problems clearly and treated well accordingly. There was hardly any waiting time like other doctors

* ***** ******* ** ******** ********* *** ***** ******* On my last visit he saw bleeding gums and suggested my GP changes my BP medicine. I went back to New Zealand, consulted my GP who changed my meds and the issue disappeared in a month.
