I arrived at my scheduled appointment time...there was no other patient except me...empty clinic...the doctor wasn't there..after half an hour of waiting they called the doc n informed me if I can wait another half an hour because they had forgotten to inform me that she would not be available at the scheduled time.. max unprofessionalism
