Care IVF, Salt Lake

I visited Care IVF, Salt Lake clinic, Kolkata , for the sole purpose of having a baby after 10 years of my marriage. I do not want to name the doctor I wanted to visit that time. I met him/her the very first day and he/she talked to me hardly for 10 minutes. And that was the first and the last day I met him/her and he/she referred me to Dr. Suchetana Sengupta. From that day onwards, it was only Dr. Suchetana Sengupta. Whenever I asked about the doctor I visited very first day, I had to hear something like, he/she is very busy with his/her schedule (seminar, out of town etc..) as he/she is a very good/famous/renowned doctor and there is no appointment in coming few days. And later I came to know that it was only Dr. Suchetana Sengupta who was looking at my case, not that famous doctor I wanted to visit.

So, I continued with Dr. Suchetana Sengupta. Gone through three IUI cycles, followed her instructions and now I am 3 months pregnant and hopefully all will be fine in the end by the grace of God. About Dr. Sengupta, in short, she is very professional and knows what to do and what to say in what situation, without compromising the purpose. Though the cost of treatment is on the higher side, I am glad that I met Dr. Sengupta and now I am on the verge of fulfilling my dreams of having a baby.

The one thing I would say, one needs to have at least the basic idea of what is IUI, IVF and other infertility treatments are. So that, when doctor gives you options, of course with explanations, you are able to understand, talk to the doctor in that regard and take the decision.

My husband and I have on a very long road i.e. 6 years trying to conceive, several losses, multiple failed cycle. We are beyond thankful for Dr Suchetana Sengupta Maam. She is a wonderful, caring and kind doctor. Maam is a blessing from God and no words are enough to express our appreciation. She is the best caring doctor we have ever met, available in every situation by phone or messages despite of her busy schedule. She diagnosed me as small uterine cavity and performed cavity enhancement surgery which many of my previous doctors were not able to diagnosed even under hysteroscopy procedure. Under her treatment and in just 9 months I am successfully conceive now, my 2nd FET cycle on very very minimal medications.

Truely I messed up my 2nd FET cycle before 2 days of planned ET due to my negligence while taking medication. Even though maam recalculated the right time frame out of her busy scheduled and the entire team gives full efforts and transferred embryo successfully.

Her kindness and compassion have been such a blessing! Ma'am always kept us informed during the entire treatment process and often took the time to personally call us to check on us. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and comforting.

Special thanks to Mr. Souvik Ray Sir, who were there to prepare my embryos at 5am. Your are extremely professional Sir. Words cannot express your gratefulness but our hearts can.

Also the nurse Srabanti Dutta, she is skillful, generous and a great communicator and the entire team were also really helpful, attentive and supportive. Thanks to everyone.

Going through infertility is a stressful time and there were time that we felt frustrated and emotional but after meeting with Dr. Suchetana Sengupta Maam we get positive hope and always support us with full confidence and good treatment. And it work out well. We are very happy today. No enough words to express how grateful we are for maam and entire staffs for helping us to achieve our long - awaited desire.

Dr. Sengupta is just very nice and genuine. You could tell she really cared throughout my treatment. She didnt take any chances and made sure my pregnancy went smoothly. I went in with a history of a missed miscarriage and 2 chemical pregnancies within the year right before seeing her. I went in for ivf treatment evaluation and after a short time of being on vitamin regimens she prescribed i ended up getting pregnant naturally before we started the IVF. Now I am a month away from delivery because of her care with my first baby at age 40! I am very happy I found her and how serious, straightforward, and carefully she handled my pregnancy. I have seen a couple other obgyn prior to her and I was not happy with them. I highly recommend Dr. Sengupta, I could not be happier with the care i received from her, I don't think my pregnancy would have turned out this well with anyone else. Thank you!!!!!!!
