I went to this doctor for circumcision operation. I'm an adult male who has issue with ppp ( pimples on penis head ). Circumcision is the best way to remove ppp permanently *** ** ******* **** **** ***** ********* ** *** And he is asking for approval letter from parents for operation. I have no idea why ******* ** ***** **** ***** operation that helps you keep hygiene requires permission or approval for someone.
