Thank you is very small word for Dr Puuja, Before I start to describe our journey as to be parents, I must say that this has been an incredible one and filled with loads of exciting, emotional and unexpected events. My husband being tech savvy stumbled across Dr. Puuja's profile (really good fortune for us) over the web and decided that we must go to consult my pregnancy; and bingo when we left her clinic post consultation it was an extraordinary feeling and experience we had which must be shared for the good of everyone. She enquired of us all the meticulous details relating to our existing medical histories and educated us as to how the coming approx. 40 weeks of pregnancy would evolve in stages, and spent close to 40 minutes explaining things to us thereby ensuring that we perfectly understood the emotional and medical nuances that comes as part and parcel in expectations of a baby.

As being AB-ve bloodgroup and my husband B+ve, now this combination of RH factors itself comes with complications and to top it I also had a uterine fibroid measuring the size of a tennis ball. So most would understand that this was already a high risk and a painful pregnancy. Things moved on very very smoothly under Dr. Puuja's guidance and post 5 months of pregnancy I started complaining about stomach tightness and lower abdomen pain. Upon Dr. Puuja's advise emergency investigations were performed and it was learned that I was having a short cervix (measuring below 20mm) which further reducing at a rapid rate, implying I would go in pre-term labour (5.5 months) and of-course meaning that the baby would be lost if delivered pre-maturely. This condition required me to undergo immediate cerclage to prolong the pregnancy to full term atleast 37 weeks. I was bedridden for at least 3.5 months but the advise from Dr. Puuja was worth every bit of it.

Believe me when I say that under Dr. Puuja, I was able to deliver a healthy little angel weighing above 3kgs through normal delivery (WOW) that too on 39th week of pregnancy (with cerclage done on 22nd week and removed during 37th week). for delivery Dr. Puuja made efforts to stayback at the hospital for close to 12 hours just to ensure that I delivered normally. She kept on motivating me, and sitting besides me thus monitoring me and baby vitals closely (inspite of availability of resident doctors and nurses) as abnormally rapid heart rates spike and dips were noted in mother and baby respectively. I almost gave up at one point of time and had self volunteered for having a C-Section but Dr.Puuja was the ONLY ONE persistent and who instilled belief back in me to keep going and deliver the baby normally. And yes after hours of emotional ups and downs I delivered normally. I have to say from the experiences shared by my near and dear ones, friends and colleagues, that under the above detailed journey and circumstances most doctors (read 99.9999%) would have decided to undertake a C-Section. I mean where can anyone find such a doctor who cares for her patients through out 9 months and beyond that too 24/7 over all possible mediums of communications, spend every time nearly 30 minutes or more with her patients and keep on motivating and educating them relentlessly.

Thank you would be a very small gesture of acknowledgement and incredibly fantabulous service she is doing as a doctor, apart from being a very sweet and caring person. We are blessed to have her in our lives to bring on earth another life. Mam always and forever stay blessed and prosperous. I would like to share our experience with Dr. Puuja Ma’am.

It was around two years back when we married and shifted to Gurgaon. After two months of our marriage my wife had some UTI problem. Since I was not sure to consult which gynae so as like everyone I searched for Best Gynae in Gurgaon and as expected found a long list of well qualified doctors. I then went through the reviews for most of the doctors and somehow concluded my search for Dr. Puuja.

In our first visit, she calmly listened to our problem and carefully examined my wife’s state. She in her very first look apprised that my wife had PCOD also and it needs to be examined further. Well we have heard lot about PCOD and the problems associated to it but never in our wildest dreams thought this will happen to us. Since PCOD is a stubborn ailment my wife also faced difficulty in conceiving. After few months of struggle, my wife was finally able to conceive and it was majorly because of Dr. Puuja as she left no stone unturned by rigorously monitoring my wife’s condition and made this unachievable looking task come true.

Post conception as well, she ensured best of the treatment to mother and her fetal and made sure that our entire parenthood journey was steady and safe. And No, this isn't a paid review , we were lucky to find Dr.Puuja and after going through many profiles of Doctors in Gurgaon, we zeroed in on her, the past reviews were one big reason, and alas, our review isn't going to differ one bit.

Dr.Puuja came across as an extremely learned and experienced Gynecologist. She guided me and my wife at every step and made the journey so very comfortable and secure. She was always available almost 24 hours available at the tap of a button. Pregnancy, and that too first one, comes with a zillion questions for the expecting parents, and trust me when I tell you, she will answer each one of your question with a smile. This brought made it even more comfortable for us.

Another huge positive here is that she, of all the doctors I have seen, is the most tech savvy. So she's available on FB, Skype, has an app, and what no. You mail her the reports at 1:00 am and bang, you have a reply in 5-10 minutes, with her feedback on the report and course of action to be adopted. Sometimes we wondered if she ever sleeps.

She developed a bonding with us and the same was so strong that we for the later 6 months of the pregnancy traveled almost 100 kilometers for our regular check ups. Needless to say, it sure's been worth it.

For us, the most important thing was the fact that towards the final moments of the labor, the pregnancy, which was normal all throughout, turned into a high-risk pregnancy, but the way she managed it was nothing short of a blessing for us.

Me and my wife feel so happy that she had the acumen, and the grit to take tough decisions at even the most crucial times, never loosing composure and even helping me and my family members remain calm.

We finally delivered a healthy baby boy through C-Section, because the baby had pooped inside, but NO ,Dr.Puuja isn't one of those doctors who rush int a C-Section just because of this small reason, in fact her response was 'its OK, We can still deliver normally'. She stayed by my wifes side for more than 3 hours critically examining every minute both the baby and the mother and finally helped us bring our little bundle of joy into this world.

Dr. Puuja is one of the most amazing, kind hearted doctor with Midas touch. Since this is Christmas time, the best way to describe her is……she is the “SANTA” of our life. She has gifted us our two princesses. When I met her for the first time, I had been through a lot....three missed miscarriages in the course of three years....multiple doctors...lot of treatments and several tests. That time I was in the course of my fourth pregnancy. We zeroed in on her due to her excellent reviews but to be honest, I did not have big expectations. I had been to multiple doctors and was used to their approach of treating us as a case rather than individuals. When we met her, the first thing that came across is her sensitivity towards her patients. She was extremely concerned and understood how precious my pregnancy was and what I had gone through. She is a positive person and that shows up in the treatment too. She said only one thing that stay positive and we will make this happen. She was very cooperative for my immunological treatment that I was undergoing elsewhere and kept close tab on all the medical procedures. For the second one there was no scope of shubh muhurat because it was a medical emergency and although she was on leave that week she was right there for me when I needed her the most.....welcoming my second princess in this world. All in all we had a very nice and positive experience with her and I have forged a special bond with her.
