I had a bad sinus from an old RCT, and needed a dental extraction. I met Dr. Lakshay to seek his opinion, and the way he handled the entire discussion with confidence, smile and grace, made me feel relaxed. I started my treatment with Dr. Deepak in between, earlier it was going on in Pune. 1st of all he happily accommodated and assured that he will be doing his best. Since that day i never felt he was my 2ns doctor. He owned it. He is extremely patient, calm doctor. He will himself recall each patient's personal problems if any and will try to comfort him /her the way he could. He is very kind. He knows the work very well and you will feel that confidence that you are in the best hand. Not only with patients, with his own staffs, he is so calm instead of shouting on them, he understands their concern and cooperates even when at times they are at fault. I don’t think I would have been alive if Dr Lakshay Gupta wouldn’t have been there. I was in excruciating pain for over a week and when the issue of my abscess was identified, I had gotten to the point of unbearable pain, and further complications. ** ******* ***** ** ********* ************* *** his hand is very smooth in handling complex dental issues. My surgery lasted for around 2 hrs and Dr Lakshay Gupta prioritised my outcome, my well being and comfort throughout the surgery and further explaining the next steps.
