Urgent Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Behavior and Inadequate Care at Silver Streak Hospital

Dear Mr. Vijay Gupta,

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention the unacceptable experience my family and I had at Silver Streak Multi Speciality Hospital, Sector 90 Rd, Sector 87, Gurugram, Haryana specifically on the night of February 14th, 2024. My name is Bharti, and my son, Sarthak Rao, was admitted to your hospital on February 14th, 2024.

During our time at the hospital, we encountered several distressing issues that require urgent resolution. Firstly, the behavior of your staff, particularly Sanjay Rajput and Nitesh, was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. They engaged in gossip and inappropriate behavior, showing a complete lack of empathy and understanding of our situation. Mr Rajput even went as far as to threaten us, saying, **** ********* *** ***** **** ****** *** *** **** ******* ***** ***** ** ** *********************** there were serious lapses in the quality of care provided. For instance, after taking samples for testing, it was discovered that they were mishandled and rendered invalid, resulting in delays and additional discomfort for my child. The staff also failed to provide proper treatment promptly, leaving us waiting for nearly an hour in room no-208, second floor, without any attention. The nurses on duty were also negligent, making fun of patients and their families instead of providing care.

Additionally, there were discrepancies in the billing process. We were charged for services that were not provided, ********* ** *********** *** ************ *** *********** ** *** ***** *******

Moreover, despite being told that a smoke would be provided under guidance to check the heartbeat, no staff was available to assist, and no monitoring equipment was provided. This lack of observation and care is deeply concerning.

I demand immediate action be taken against Mr. Sanjay Rajput, Nitesh, and the nurses involved for their unprofessional behavior and negligence. I also request a thorough investigation into the conduct of your staff and the quality of care provided during our stay. I expect a refund for the services not rendered and an apology from the staff involved.**** ***** ****** *** *** ********* ******** *** *************** * **** *** ******** ** ****** ***** ****** ** **** ******* *** *** ********** *** ********** **** ** **** *******. I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take immediate action to rectify the situation.

My wife, Beena Anand was facing some muscular and  shoulder woes, painfully restricting her arm movements.

We visited the Silver Streak Hospital,Sector 87, Gurugram  and saw Dr. Apoorva Singh, who after examining my wife ruled that the problem  was slowly cruising towards its 'freezing point'  and advised her  with a perfect blend of some manual and machine exercises, which soon evidenced  their éclat.

After unfailingly completing the stipulated number of sessions and conscientiously doing some home advised  exercises, she is now  feeling notably relieved . Her lost arm movements  have  returned  while the nagging  pain has  completely faded away.

In  Dr. Apoorva, we find  more of a string  player who subtly strikes the right muscular chord  to produce pleasingly mellifluous results. Stating her a sure-  hand would be an understatement. In fact she is a  Surer. We wish her good luck and may  God reward her with His choicest blessings.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my physiotherapist Dr. Apoorva for her exceptional care and support during my recovery from lower back pain. Her **** ********** patient approach, and personalized therapy plan made a remarkable difference in my healing journey.

From the very first session, I felt reassured and motivated. The exercises were well-explained and tailored to my condition, and her consistent encouragement helped me stay committed to the routine. What truly stood out was the genuine concern and attention she gave to my progress every step of the way.

Thanks to her expertise, my back pain has significantly improved, and I feel stronger, more flexible, and confident in my daily movements. I am deeply thankful for her role in restoring my comfort and mobility.

I had a severe back muscles rupture &hairline fracture in March ...after 10 weeks of complete bed rest I visited Dr Apoorva for therapy session.she not only understood my problem also explained me every point of my problem.very knowledgeable..she provided me exceptional care and treatment. She supported me throughout my recovery period ...and gave me exercise routine for future...with her constant support I am fully recovered and normal in my life ...Thanks a lot Dr Apoorva you are a saviour... highly recommend

I am not satisfy. He does not have time to listen patient problem. He did not make eye contact with patient. He is busy with his own desktop and staff. During discussion any one can come to his cabin and DR will be busy while talking to that person and do not focus on patient. He did not prescribe the medicine*** ***** **** *** **** ** *** ******* He give high priority to MR or other representative then patient. Generally I see good Dr. put patient on high priority not MR. or staff during discussion.

I am extremely pleased with the exceptional care provided by Dr. Apporva. Her expertise and compassionate approach significantly contributed to the effective treatment of my mother. I highly appreciate her dedication and proficiency in ensuring a positive and healing experience.
