I went to Dr Sahil Kakkar after experiencing AC joint injury while lifting heavy in the gym and he diagnosed my issue really quickly and addressed the root problem which was round shoulders and lack of mobility and jumped right into the treatment. He is very patient and smart and really takes time in treating his patients, he treated me with various methods from cupping, physio to corrective exercises which I still do before my workouts and now I am able to do pushups again pain free. My name is Karan, I was diagnosed with disc bulge at multiple levels (L1-L2, L2-L3, L3-L4, L5-S1) in 2022.
I was told to undergo surgery by the Doctors, but I wanted to try physiotherapy, as I heard it is a non invasive procedure.
I consulted Dr. Sahil in 2022 and he examined my case, that time I had severe back pain with numbness in my leg. We started with a lot of exercises to relieve my pain and numbness.
In some days, I felt that the pain started to decrease.
