Bad experience, with extra charges of activities *** ******** *** ** ********** medication which was expensive and probably not required, plus, asking me to follow clinic's nutritionist who charged extra *** ********** ***** ***** Read below..

* I am F 48, an a generally health-careful person all life. Regular workout, ex marathon runner, but .. a senior working person with mismanaged eating habits, work-travel, stress and 10-12 kgs extra weight. Good side- No drinking no smoking, and have general likeness for healthy food as compared to bad food. Been caring for vitamins, deficiencies always. Ans one who Dislikes SWEETS!

* Once, Tests showed me pre-diabetic, threshold high Thyroid.

* At This clinic

*-- Extra charges:: apart from consultation charges, i was charged for non-critical activities like fat-muscle % body analysis. This can be done later after seeing my body's response to weight loss.

*-- Extra charges by asking me to refer to Their Nutritionist who did not consult in person ... consulted only 5 min on Video and charged me.

*** Nutritionist not reading reports *** ***** ********** She asked me to take iron-based food claiming my iron is low. * ********* *** ** ******* *** *** * ** **** ** ** ** **** ****** ***** *** ******** **** *** ************ * I installed Continuous Glucose Monitor and started using Glucometer.

*** * ************ ********** ********* **** * Food prescribed to me is spiking my glucose high to 250. High carbs.

*** * Nutritionist showed no interest in feedback: I called the clinic and gave feedback about nutritionist. She called me once , and since then she has shown no interest.

*** Doctor's Medication Prescription to me: Now that I have consulted other doctors, **** *** ** *** ******* **** ** **** ****** ******* * ****** ****** ** **** ******* ********** *** ** ********** ****** **** **** * ****** ** ********** ** ********* **** ** ***** ** ***** ****** This doctor gave me medicine for Weight Loss, which is done in patient at later stage

*** Expensive medicine: What was prescribed is for weight loss. Neither for sugar, nor for thyroid. And costs Approx 2000 Rs per month.

**** Prescribed Medicine was available at the clinic to be buy and with discount.

*** Needs to be taken EVERYDAY as injection.

The experience was amazing the Doc explained in a very lay man process and effect of insulin production and resistance.

The Nutritionist also is very good and explains in detail.

One issue inspite of telling to send the the link on watsapp of the exercise mentioned by Doc the staff failed to do the same and has to be chased.

Dr. Hemi is an exceptional diabetologist and was very compassionate with me and has deep expertise in diabetes management. Her thorough understanding of the latest treatments and her personalized approach make her highly effective. She was very supportive. Dr. Hemi’s approach is to cure the root cause of issue.
