I booked an online consultation with her. During the consultation, I explained my problem to her to which she gave me generic statements instead of understanding the problem. I then requested that if she could see the pictures, so that she knows the problem and then she can suggest the treatment. After some time i received the prescription from here, not all addressing the problems i shared, i tried multiple follow ups with reception, every time the receptionist mentioned that the dr will call me in some time, i even texted the dr but did not get any response. I had opted for this dr after going with multiple good reviews but to my surprise the reality is completely opposite. *** **** ***** ***** *** ************ ***** once she receives it, she will pretend to do the formality and that's it.
