I had a very upsetting experience during my root canal treatment at this clinic. I was being treated for an issue in my lower right wisdom tooth, and this was my third visit. That day, I also told the dentist that I was experiencing pain in my upper wisdom tooth, for which she gave me two painkillers.

I showed up on Tuesday as told, but she refused to treat me unless I brought someone from my family. When I called my husband to speak with her, she refused to talk to him as well. Left with no choice, I had to leave — without treatment, closure, or any sense of professionalism.
