Very disappointing experience. They ask patients to book an appointment in advance, but even after reaching on time, they make you wait for a long time. Later, they often say there is an emergency and refuse the consultation. This shows no respect for the patient’s time.

In my experience, the doctor also seemed to be unavailable on multiple occasions due to being on leave, which made it even more difficult to get timely consultation.

I also felt there was partiality in the way patients were treated, ***** * ***** **** *************** On top of that, the treatment did not give me any positive results despite following the doctor’s advice.

The clinic management should take this feedback seriously and ensure that every patient is treated fairly and with respect. Patients’ time should be valued, and there should be no partiality in patient care.

I have taken treatment for my pigmentation and now i got very great results that i expected. Dr. Rupika is very nice and her team aslo very friendly.

I met Dr Rupika at akiya aesthetics. She sat me down and assessed my face and skin so closely and with affection. On her advice, I got dermafuse done and the results are pretty great. Loving it already. Can’t wait to come back super soon.
