Visited for healthy weight loss

Completed 1 month today. Really very happy to see scale movement. My weight reached plateau at 70-71 but never below this from last 5 months. When i started with her my weight was 70.8 and now after only 1 month it's 66.9.Had some inch loss also.

While reading many reviews about shedding 7 or 4 to 5 or so kg. Loss in a month and some times approx 10 kg. In a month, i keep thinking kya mera bhi weight loss hoga itna ?? But i also knew that everybody responds differently i may loose only 1 or 2 kg. But after losing 4kg. in a month time i can say anybody can loose this much atleast.

Hair fall, fatigue,hormones disorder all gone... so satisfied with only 1 month change in lifestyle and when u adopt it for whole life can't even imagine how beautiful life we can sustain......

Spending only 2000 for ur own body is really not a big deal.we spend so much on unnecessary luxury thing but don't think about luxurious us....

I have experienced an online personal trainer before her but end up exhausted with her in a month but with Mahima mam's innovative and diet friendly food list u will never get bored of inspite u will wait for next food to prepare and eat....

Your diet being so unique and meticulously balanced has made me shed approximately 8 kgs in just 1 month. In the 1 month plan, I have had my favourite food items which were prepared according to the list of ingredients which are essential to the body to shed the extra fat.

First of all thank you Sai Mahima mam, I started your diet plan 13 days back and I reduced 2.5 kg with out any carvings and bored diet.Day by day I am observing how I am changing, we can follow this diet plan through out our life. The diet plan you gave looks like a restaurant food and with regular home available things we can prepare our meal.We don't think about to skip diet bcz recipes are awesome and easy to prepare ,tasty and my whole family liked to eat . When others in family eating outside food I didn't carve for that,mam gives us a motivational quotes which makes us to think what is right way and right thing to eat.She clarify our doubts,quick response to msgs . My elder daughter who don't like veggies ,she loved your recipes, while I am having she wants to try and she asks me to prepare again few recipes for her. Not only me my whole family having healthy and tasty food.

Thank u mam for ur diet plan i lost 1.4kgs in 6days…ur diet is really amazing as u give only healthy n home cooked meals in ur diet plan and d best part is tat dere is no craving for junk foods after havin meals…i have tried wit other dietician before but the meal they give is so expensive to prepare but in ur case best part is only home cooked food wit no expensive drinks n food items…i didnt even gained weight tis tym durin my periods n i m so happy tat may b after achieving my weight goal i wil b able to maintain wit tat weight… i m looking forward to loose more stubborn weight in future wit ur motivation.. keep supporting us to loose our weight wit ur amazing diet plans..👍🏻
