Doctor not at all helpful, I called for emergency they said doctor will come however on reaching doctor refused to come and did not even talk over phone..
Also previously, they have misplaced my wife's pregnancy file and blamed me and my family.. CCTv footage clearly showed staff's mistake.. Very rude staff.. We booked OPD for Dr. Meenu Kapoor at 11:00 Am, her team mentions that Mam comes around 11:30 AM. So we waited. Then the nurse said, please go inside and meet the duty doctor in the meantime, she suggested to get ultrasound.
Now what kind of OB-GYN doesn’t have ultrasound at their premises. We were suggested to go to Shanti Dignostics for Sonography. Took another 1:30 hours in this and commute back to her hospital.
Contacted Nurse, if the Doctor is now available, she was available. We went inside. 2 other patients were in there with us. Dr. Kapoor didn’t even bother about atleast checking reports and vitals. The duty doctor prescribed medicines and that was all.
We couldnot even get to talk to the Doctor for which we asked & paid for. Because apparently, her personal phone calls are rather important than a patient.
Highly disappointed!

Too much rush in opd. No system. Patients were going to doctor room without their respective number, seating arrangement was not satisfying.
