My appointment with Dr. Shyam Sunder Bansal was delayed by over two hours, and I had to wait even longer to show my reports. The assistant at the clinic was really rude, ***** **** *** ********** ****** The long wait times and staff behavior were the main issues.

Dr. S. S Bansal explained the issue very clearly gave sufficient time only issue was the assistant outside who was extremely rude and treated Practo booked patients as if we are receiving treatment for free

Overall feed back of Doctor is very good, but hospital need to work on Administrative issue like OPD registration, Nursing staff specially in wards.

The doctor was not available for my consultation, so I would not recommend Dr. Ankit Chawla.
