I have Celiac Disease and was recently diagnosed with Hypertension and Microproteinuria. My Nephrologist suggested a diet change so as to avoid further deterioration. I consulted Dt Drishti, who proved to be a blessing for me. She monitored my health parameters with her diet plans. It has been 1.5+ years and my health parameters are improving. Now I am only having my Hypertension medicine and the rest is being managed by my Diet and Lifestyle changes under Dt Drishti's supervision. I do agree with Drishti that Diet is also a form of medicine and can cure/ manage health issues.

Thanks to Dr Drishti . I was on Meds with 1000mg metformin twice and even after these meds my sugar level was not going down from 120 to 130 fasting and 160 to 200 after lunch or dinner . Its been only one Month I steicly follow her diet plan and my Sugar levels have came down fast 98 to 107 and 97 to 110 after lunch . Top of it I stopped morning meds for sugar . Thanks to her and she is very well with delicious healthy options which will let you feel full and wont let you like feel like you are dieting .
