Back 2 Track Physiotherapy, Sector 88

My son being treated for his knee injury at Apollo Hospitals, New Delhi was prescribed for regular supervised Physiotherapy. Since Apollo Hospital was far from our residence, it was difficult to visit the hospital on regular basis. So, it was decided to get his physiotherapy done by Dr. Deepika who practises in our society. On the very first meeting we felt that we have come at the right place. She is very friendly and her depth of knowledge is her forte. She explained everything in detail and with clarity. She knows how to treat various type of patients having different problems and endurance levels. My child is only 14 years old and he never complained or got irritated during or after the physiotherapy session. His improvement was better than anticipated. Overall a very good Physiotherapist.

To be perfectly honest the first time I visited Back 2 track Physio I didn’t hold out much hope. Over the previous few months my severe shoulder/Neck pain had been treated by a number of Orthopedics and Surgeons without success.

Deepika & her team immediately made me feel as though something could be done, they were right!

After so many months of pain I can now go through life relatively pain free, I can’t express what a miracle this feels for me. I honestly didn’t think it would ever be possible.

We’re so glad we found her! She was fantastic! My husband had a frozen arm post fracture operation and close to no movement in that arm. She was so kind and helpful. Went out of our way to make us comfortable throughout the treatment. Even though she runs on a full schedule, she ensured we never feel like she’s too busy for us. Can never thank her enough for assisting my husband in achieving full movement and range even in the most difficult times of pandemic. My husband recovered before the expected time. Even though his bone is yet to attach, he has full range and can move his arm very comfortably.

I consulted her about 1.5 years back for knee Injury and took Post Surgery physiotherapy after my ACL Reconstruction. She was always very patient and would never try to rush up exercises to attend to her next appointment. She is extremely caring and a good listener wanting to understand your problem/ health issue in detail and then plan her sessions in accordance.

Her sessions helped me get back on my feet in less than 3 Months whereas my Ortho, told me that the rehabilitation after this surgery takes as long as 6 Months. Can't Thank you enough Dr. Deepika , you are a wonderful Doctor and a Great Human being.... Thanks !!!
