I was first diagnosed with diabetes in 2014. Since then, I remained under the care of a well-known diabetes specialist in Guru Harkishan Nagar, Delhi, and continued treatment without any break in medication or seeking a second opinion until April 2026.

My treatment began with just Metformin 500 mg + Sitagliptin 50 mg, but over the years the prescription gradually expanded to include the highest daily dose of Metformin along with Acarbose, Vildagliptin, Rosuvastatin, Telmisartan + Amlodipine, Chlorthalidone, Vitamin D3 (60K), and several other medications.

Before my first consultation with you, my HbA1c on 25 April 2026 was 7.3%. After approximately 66 days of treatment under your supervision, my HbA1c on 30 June 2026 had improved to 7.0%.

Curious about the significance of this change, I asked an AI assistant to interpret the results. The response explained that:

• A reduction from 7.3% to 7.0% is a clinically meaningful improvement.

• It corresponds to a reduction in estimated average blood glucose from approximately 163 mg/dL to 154 mg/dL, a decrease of about 9 mg/dL.

• Since HbA1c reflects the previous 90–120 days of blood glucose, the result after only 66 days still includes the influence of earlier blood sugar levels. This suggests that my current glucose control may be even better than the HbA1c value alone indicates.

• Even a modest reduction in HbA1c helps lower the long-term risk of complications affecting the eyes, kidneys, and nerves.

These results have given me renewed confidence and motivation to continue following your advice.
