After completing my scheduled Physio sessions with Shilpa, I am happy that my symptoms have significantly diminished. The frequency of the headaches has dropped dramatically, and the referred pain I was feeling at the base of my skull has almost entirely cleared up.

I particularly appreciate the combination of manual therapy and the specific postural exercises prescribed by her.The "chin tucks" and upper-trap stretches have been especially helpful in managing tension during my work day. I feel much more mobile in my neck and more confident at my workplace.
