Very disappointing and unsafe experience.

We visited for a broken tooth with a history of a gum abscess, oral lichen planus, dry mouth, and osteoporosis treatment.

The doctor diagnosed a “vertical root fracture” based only on an OPG and recommended extraction ******* ***** followed *********** by implant planning **** * **** **** **** *********

No CBCT was advised before making an irreversible decision, and conservative options like RCT or re-RCT were dismissed ******* ****** ** *******.

Given the patient’s medical complexity, this approach felt rushed, commercially driven, and not evidence-based. We declined treatment and sought proper CBCT elsewhere.

I strongly advise patients with complex dental or medical conditions to seek CBCT-based diagnosis and a second opinion before agreeing to extraction or implants here.

Dr S P Agarwal is very experienced Dental Surgeon and also have a team of equally experienced Doctors Excellent work, we have got every type of dental tratment, Root canal, filling, implantation etc etc

Professional approach. He takes up all cases in a holistic manner ratger than offering piece meal solutions. For someone looking for a quick fix remedy, the procedures recommended by him may appear daunting.

This doctor is very money minded.. will talk to you nicely but only intentions are to make MONEY. it hurts to even think that I have paid money for his treatments.

I have had my treatment of braces at S P Aggarwal which lasted for nearly 4 years ( cost me approx 35k and my teeth are still not in proper alignment ). Apart from this I've gone for a treatment to remove the gap between my front teeth. He advised that I should remove my wisdom teeth which cost me 10k. I had done the surgery but eventually it did not help. Took advise from another doc and he said tht I have a speech problem and need to practice on speaking without the tongue touching the teeth. there was no reason for the surgery and it is the most common way to earn money!!!

I am practicing to swallow without my tongue touching teeth and I see the difference. Surgery was painful and it was just quick money for this doctor. Pleas stay away from this doc.not worth your money.

A very professional and caring team of doctors. All modern state of art technology and equipment is available. Team of doctors very skilled to give the best patient experience.

Everything is explained in detail, patiently to my full satisfaction. Doctors are very empathic, kind in words and action. No procedure was proceeded with without full knowledge given to me and all my questions answered to my satisfaction.

Dr Ankur is very friendly and he know and explains all.problems in detail .I was very much worried about my son braces issue he took away all my tensions and I have no doubts no confusion he is genius knows his job very well I will always visit whenever required
