Vijaynt govinda gupta on 3rd feb 2026. I am sharing my honest review. **** ****** ***** *** ******* ****** ** ******* ****** ********** **** *** ***** *** ****** **** ** ******** *** ********* *** decided to go for zsr circumcision from this doctor and not even listened to my family doctors. I planned my journey from other state and took an appointment of 2.02.2026 after paying 10000 rs in advance. The staff gave me a time of 1pm and i reached on time and they shifted my time from 1pm to 4 pm and was waiting 3hours ** **** ********** ******** *** **** **** ****** ***** *****.When my number came the doctor vijayant govinda gupta hardly listen my condition and not even checked my part and said for zsr circumcision . Hardly he gave me 30 seconds and not even listening my problems. The staff outside room told me total cost is rs. 35000 for zsr 2.0 circumcision including stappler cost.Next day they call me at 7 am in the morning to Apollo spectra and around 1pm they operated me. They *** **** ******* *** **** ** **** ********** ** *** **** ****** *** started surgery and ask to wait till the clearance from insurance. From insurance company they charged 32000 rs extra and 10000 rs from me and in total they received 42000 rs and then there staff came to me in room with lots of medicines and asked to pay rs. 3650 ****** I paid 3650 ***** *** ***** ********* ******* ******* ********* ** *** ********* ******* ** *** ********* *** ********* **** ********** *** ** ** **** **** ***** *** **** ********* *** *** **** ********* ** ***** ** ***** ********* *** ******** *** ********** ********* * ******* **** ****** **** ******** ** *** ***** *** *** *** *** *** *** ********* **** ******** *** **** *** **** ** **** ***** *** ********** The staff came up with medicines *** **** **** and asked me to pay 3650 as he has no time to even listen.I called there staff shruti mam to refund extra amount as they charged 42000 instead of 35000 in total but Shruti mam over there denied to refund rs. 7000. In starting a staff Neha mam over there told that we are charging 10000 for blood test , ecg test and doctor consultation and after surgery gave me a invoice of 10000 rs of stappler. ******* *** ******** Doctor even not visited after operation to your room and even say anythin at the time of opeartion not even ask the problems *** ** *** *** ***** ******** **** *** **** ********** ****** *** **** ******** ***** *** ******* *** *** *** ******** ******* ** ***** **** ** *** **** *** ***** ** ****** ** ****** ** ****** *** ** ****** ***** ***** *** ******** *** * ****** ** **** *** ****** ** **** ***** *** *** * ****** **** ***** ********** * *** ** **** *** *** *** *** ******** ** *** ***** ** *****Now about surgery i must be clear that it is very painful and pain even persist after a week and now its my 7th day **** ********* *** ******** ** ********* ****** *** *** **** ******* *** ********* *** ******* *** ******* *** ******* *** ** *** **** *** *** ********* ******** *** **** ******* *** ****** **** ** ****** ******** ********* ** ******* ***** ********** Taking 3 pain killers in a day and i really not recommend this doctor for stappler circumcision. ****** ** ***** ** ****** ***** ********** *** ** ** **** **** ******* *** *** **** **** ** *** ***** ******** I need to be operated again if problme persist from my family doctors. *** *** ************ ********* ** **** ****** ** *** ******** ********* *** ** *** ***** *** ******* ** ******** *** ********** **** ***** * ***** ** * **** ******* ** ***** ******** *** ***** ** *** **** ******* ********

Wait time is too high at clinic even after taking appointment in advance 2 month ago. Doctor should give more time to patients at the time of OPD to discuss and understand the patients concern and satisfy them fully.

Also follow up is very bad, no one is assisting on call even someone in emergency, they simply told, they will call back but you will never receive call back from them.

I have seen many patients whose under gone surgery from doctor and they have to struggle for further follow up, there must be someone from doctor skilled team who should take care these patients on priority.

Patients are coming to clinic from very long distance, reception and other staff should understand this thing, staff is not properly skilled and they should guide everyone in correct manner. These are the things I observed at clinic, hope these things will resolve ASAP. At last Dr. Gupta is very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. I must suggest everyone to visit at least once and discuss your problem with doctor, hopefully you will get the exact and effective remedies.

The doctor did not listen me. He just listed PME from me and strted to write multiple tests which were costed around 12000 rupees.

Dr Guptaji and his Team have been very good and helpful in providing the premium quality service about ZSR Biomedical Technology Anastomat Circumcision along with Phimosis and Frenulosplasty.To the Viewers and Patients I would recommend them to visit Dr Gupta as his medical expertise is phenomenal.ZSR 1.0 & ZSR 2.0 devices have been certified by FDA USA , it's made up of Metallic Ceramic Coating with a Frenulum Notch to keep the Frenulum safe during proceedures.My Personal View and Guidance is that do not Bargain and Ask for discounts because if we want premium medical service from a Humble Gentlemen Dr Guptaji we should understand that Premium things have a certain Service Fees.Like Eg- Going to Rolex Watch Boutique and Asking them to offer services and expertise for a fraction of cost would be insulting to the brand and legacy build. Same goes for Medical Expertise when Visiting Dr Gupta ji we must understand he has done the largest volume of Circumcision and his areas of expertise in India along with Authorised Rigicon Penile Prosthesis Implant Surgeon.Thank you for your support Dr Gupta ji and educating the Audience with proper accurate and complete explanation about Urology.

No doubt the doctor is highly experienced and qualified. Full marks to Dr. V. G. Gupta, I will surely recommend the doctor for his diagnosis and treatment. The staff is also cooperative and despite being so engaged they revert to your queries on WhatsApp especially Mr. Chandan who has been quite considerate and helpful throughout my treatment. However the hospital/clinic is still under staffed and congested for the load of patients it receives. Dr. V. G. Gupta should sincerely think about appointing more doctors, be it physician or urologist but without team the treatment satisfaction to such a huge number of patients is very difficult. I've been there 4 times. First for consultation second for zsr surgery third for follow up, now here lies the management/administration issue. The follow up patients should not be treated at par with new patients. There should be separate day or slot for the follow up patients. Since I'm diabetic, I had some swelling issue after surgery and Dr. Gupta suggested me a small procedure (surgery) without any charges. When I went there for that surgery/procedure, on further analysis at the OT table Dr. Gupta recommended that no such procedure or surgery is required and massaging and streching will cure the problem. I have been doing that and results are good. It takes a lot of experience and dedication to profession, to analyse and adjust the diagnosis according to case basis. Otherwise he might have performed the procedure which could have resulted in further complications. All I will say to conclude is that you can trust the doctor for his diagnosis and treatment but on the other hand you need to have patience and be mentally prepared for the time you gonna spend there before your turn comes.

I took online consultation. Online consultation is for Rs 1500. Now, I got the appointment next day. Conversation with doctor didn't even lasted for 5 minutes. Recommended some medication and video for penile massage from his youtube channel which I already watched. Now the issues:

1. How to do the penile massage, the instruction was not clear, I mean how should the fingers run for penile massage the technique which was not clear. I asked on whatsapp which is answered by assistant, she never reply.

2. I literally paid Rs1500 for not even 5 minutes and after consultation there is no way you can talk to doctor for any queries. The only way to reach is to pay Rs 1500 take consultation, other you can only reach to assistant which will only call you to make the payment for consultation. Once the consulataion is done you are done, no callbacks no questions will get answered nothing at all. And I came to this conclusion after a week of follow up.

Now, just think, If I had been to delhi to his clinic I would have given Rs600 for consultation(offline consultation is Rs 600), I would have taken not less than 20 mins to explain my issues and interaction with doctor. Sadly I am in Bengaluru

Very bad experience !

Staff at Reception in Govinda Medicenter is very rude and highly Unprofessional and they don't even allow Patient to use washroom on their floor. They ask patient to use washroom in the parking.

I had taken appointment for ZSR circumcision and my surgery was done properly But I was shocked with the behaviour of staff at reception as they were very rude. It was shocking because on YouTube videos They present themselves as very polite and helpful but in real the reception staff is very unprofessional and rude.

(( The reception staff had locked the washroom on their floor and didn’t replied even after seeing that patient is trying to open the gate of washroom. And when patient asked to open the washroom they replied that you cannot use this washroom, you have to go to the parking washroom. ))

That is the very bad experience i have ever faced. I was receiving regular calls to insure appointment . I received message for appointment timing and query. They mentioned that you have an appointment at 2:00 pm. But, when i reached they asked me to wait for 4 hours. **** **** * ***** *** *******. A person who is coming from a distance can't wait for 4 hours. Receptionist and fee counter's person behavior was so rude. I visited so many famous hospital, but never face such problem. I will not recommend any one to visit there.

I had appointment at 6 pm with the doctor and I reached there at 6.30 ** * **** **** *** ******** ******* ***** *** *** **** ** ** ****** **** *** as I reached there they said ur waiting time is abt 2 hrs .

Can u just imagine 2 hours after appointment then why r u even giving the appointments, u should just make it first come first serve if u can't be punctual at all.

2 hours r very much if u have waited for that long then u would have known

I won't recommend u to go there at all if u r doing some job

He is not one of those doctors who will unnecessarily scare you and put u to diagnostic tests without any reason.

70% of your anxiety is over after you meet him as he explains you the problem and its cure so nicely.

A very good and humble doctor.

Dr.Vijatant Gupta is one of only few doctors who have kept this noble professional alive .

Its ur fortube that if you find a good doctor at first place.

I strongly recommend him for all urological prolems in males and females .

If you are under treatment of any urological doctor you should seek his second opinion.
