We visited the clinic for my wife's indigestion about 10 to 15 days and gastritis created for sudden high blood pressure control treatment abnormal drug use.

Dr. Satheesh and his assistant Dr. both are keenly enquired the problem and read the earlier treatment files. Respond our questions politely.

Both are confidently assured with patient and Dr. satheesh prescribed medicine. That solved problem and feels hungry about 3 or 4 days. We are very happy with their treatment and approach.

We have no objection for waiting time that need every patient get proper treatment.

I accompanied my mother to visit this doctor. She has been suffering from undiagnosed stomach pain for over a year. This was her second visit. After questioning about her source of pain for 5 minutes, he proceeded to write something in his notes. Then he went over three medicines that he prescribed. When asked about diagnosis, he answered with a curt one word medical term. When we tried to ask questions about the nature of the disease, understand the prognosis, and wondered if he suspects any other conditions, he got super irritated and gave no answers. He admonished us and asked us to just take the prescribed medicine and come back if the conditions don't improve.

We waited over 1.5 hrs to get 5 min face time with him. It has been a full year **** ** ***** ********* for us. The doctor could have showed a bit more empathy and tried to answer at least one or two of our questions with some patience.
