Very bad from the start. One staff came and opened the external gate at 7p.m. and we started waiting as we were the first. I was given the appointment for the r s Puram clinic without any intimation when I reached the Vadavalli clinic the receptionist informed me I have an appointment in the R S Puram clinic. I had to come back at 7 and I had to wait for 45 mins, (appointment was as 7, doctor came at 7.45) the doctor (Dr Deepa) was late and no explanation was given.

The consultation took only for 5 mins, explanation was only provided when I kept asking questions even then I wasn’t satisfied with the explanation. The doctor checked my skin for less than 15 seconds and decided what I have, but didn’t disclose any information, told I had allergy from the sun. When I told I never go out of my house she said it’s from my computer screen. I still didn’t understand how the rays affect only my arm and not my face, I had further doubts but I felt the doctor had to interest in answering my questions. Felt hostile and unfriendly.

No explanation for why the cream or tablet was provided. It felt like my time and money went to no good. If the doctor from the clinic does read this, please improve your service.

The consultation and the advice is very crisp to the point. I've been to the doctor for more than a single occasion each time with different issues and both times I felt my issues reducing at the said time. Prescribed medication work presicely. He is completely trustworthy.
