I am Savitha living in UK and I have bad anxiety problems and I was struggling with that for past 2 years. When get the anxiety attack I have chest pain and it last for 2 days and in that period I was not able to be on myself. Here in UK tried to check with GP for this and doctors advice me to talk to people when I have this attack but that didn’t work out for me

By seeing me struggling in this problem my sister booked an appointment with Dr Charanya

I got the appointment on the same day and Doctor was friendly. She talks to me as a close friend. So it was easy for me to express all my internal problems to her. She is highly qualified and experienced and we know that when we talk to her.Her counselling was convincing and I started believing on her that my problem will solve soon.She text me very often to give guidance to workout for that day

Approach of Dr.Charanya towards me was so friendly and I was able to share all that i feel and think as a problem to me with her without any discomfort or hesitation..she listened to all my tantrums and gave me solution and next steps to get rid of my psycological problems..she is a great motivator and listens patiently and provides/directs towards happiness..She is more concerned of us and attends my call /text and make us feel ease sooner..Both me and my husband are feeling change for good after visiting her..Thank you Charanya for the support you gave and still providing us when necessary...You r a great inspiration!!

I have intrusive thoughts from childhood itself. I feel guilty for even silly thoughts & for imaginary thoughts. I take medication for the past 2 years. After pregency i stopped the medication. So after 2 months I was affected by intrusive thoughts. I took medication also but it won't work out for me. I gone to severe depression. After attending charanya mam counselling session I got self confidence and i followed some tricks said by charanya mam. Now I feel better. Thanks a lot to charanya mam & thank god.

Dr. Charanya is very human friendly doctor, politely, patiently listened to all going problems, made observations, clarified personal value & self worth of the individual in family and enterprise environment, come up with a framework for self development.

She thought me to listen to my mind and the thoughts, which gave me immense insight how my mind impact my body, thinking, behaviour, as it influx mussels, flow blood, heart beats changes at certain circumstances, how it triggers body functions without control.

I am listening my mind, making notes as it fluxes and its reflection, reactions, this give me entirely different perceptions to my life.

There is no devil or angel in my own world except my mind, she helps me to find angel of mine. While the journey is long, I need to listen and change my self, do what I wish to do, there is one life for us, want to live to those potentials.
