Visited the doctor as I had toothpain, consultation was done, but no diagnosis sheet was provided. Xray was taken but only the digital copy was sent to my phone.

During consultation, I was told nothing is wrong with all the teeth and there was a lot of plaque and cleaning the plaque might help reduce the pain and the cost for cleaning would be 1000rs.

When I went for the actual procedure, they mentioned I'd require deep cleaning and it will cost 8000rs. Post which I'll need to do laser treatment and have my cavities filled.

When I asked an assistant doctor for an estimate and an explanation for the cost and the procedure, she mentioned they diagnose and proceed with the treatment phase by phase. *** ******* ************ **** *** **** *** **** ** *** ******* You will be diagnosed every time after every treatment and then be advised for further treatment.

I was not told I had cavities during my first consultation. There is no written evidence for anything that has been diagnosed against the medical state of my mouth.

I feel I have wasted money and time **** **** **** ****** ********* **** **** *** **** ***

(06-Mar-2020) I had my first appointment today. I was totally satisfied, though it is painful due to my totally decayed tooth with root infection as well, doctor Srikanth calmly handled me and explained everything in detail to me. I am sure that my problem will be fixed asap. PS: Edit (11-Mar-2020) I visited twice again for my followups. I always had this fear of going to dental clinics due to the painful procedures that we have to undergo. But believe me, I can't wait for my next appointment and get my tooth treated completely. It relies solely on the doctor and the clinic's hospitality. Dr.Srikanth thoroughly checks his patient and he doesn't leave his patient behind. Everyday I used to get call from smile solutions and they check me upon my comfortableness on the procedure undergone and check upon my pain. I have never been under this kind of thoughtful treatment before. I am really thankful to Dr.Srikanth and Smile solutions staff's for taking care of my dental health. I would also like to mention the ambience of the clinic, the clinic is highly equipped with latest technology equipments. It is quiet and neatly maintained. I will update again, once my treatment is completed.

Dr Srikanth is our Family Doctor for 15 years. Recently I visited his clinic with my niece. Normally she afraid of doctors and hesitate to visit. But Dr Srikanth's nice approach with sweet words and advices gave comfort and the treatment session went on well.

The clinic ambiance is very nice , neat and hygienic.

Dr Srikanth's Team Doctor Dr. Bargavi gave treatment very patiently. Doctor's Admn.Officer Mr Mani and support Team is behaving nicely and guides us well with Appointments.

Instead of hesitating, to consult Doctor, we Visit him with comfort due to his friendly approach.

In the middle of a dental treatment in my native town, I had a travel to Chennai where I struggled with head ache and mouth pain. I visited Dr Srikanth’s clinic at Chromepet. He and Dr Poornima did a detailed analysis of the 2 infected teeth and suggested me that root canal is needed for both. Generally this entire process does take min. 2 weeks time, but amazingly they did it in 3 days. I am feeling good and comfortable now. Thanks to the doctors and supporting staffs to help me out by spend extra time and care. I will always recommend this clinic to my friends as this medical team is extraordinary and have advanced infrastructure and equipments matching abroad.

First of all the cleanliness of the clinic was really good. Considering the pandemic situation all required covid protocols are adhered to and there is enough space available for the patients to wait with air-conditioned hall.

The doctor is really kind and explains the issue well, his diagnosis and course of treatment are to be appreciated.

Other essential infrastructure like 3D scan/ X-ray is really a boon in this digital world wherein any layman can understand the problem and the proposed solution. The technician is kind enough with patients.
