I had visited few clinics in and around Tambaram East (I dont want to name it) but still i had the pain. One of my friend referred Dr. Saravanan.
Till 3 days I didnt have hope that this will be cured. But after 3rd day he had started giving Stretches, exercises. Daily after the treatment he will do the Stretching. After week he started giving different exercise to strengthen the muscles.
Honestly the Dr told that the treatment will cure only 40 to 60% and rest will be through the regular exercises and stretches.
I have referred many patients to this Dr and all my referrals are very happy.
