Corona - impact in my life !!

After a long struggle to join my family after 4 yrs of service outside Chennai, came back to Chennai on 16th to join my duty, Yes I m PSB Banker recognized under Essential Sevices!!

On 18th, my predecessor was diagnosed with Covid 19, all the staff in our Branch were tested for Covid 19. Without even seeing my predecessor, I was tested positive in two days of my joining.

I was tested POSITIVE on 20th June 2020. I had quarantined by myself at home on 21st upon receipt of the Report on 21.06.2020 (Sunday)immediately.

On 22.06.2020, Corporation had contacted me and asked me for the option of treatment. I preferred Home Quarantine and HOMEOPATHIC treatment. Inspite of being an Asymptomatic person, I became nervous upon getting continuous calls from various departments of Chennai Corporation, Health Department, Police Station and from my Superiors & colleagues.

We had contacted our doctor Mr. Nirmal, Homeopathic physician for the treatment. He gave the words of confidence along with the Medicines with a promise of bringing me out of this Covid.

With no symptoms other than head ache for the first three days, slight fever creeped up 99 degrees . However, it got settled the same day with Dolo 650.

On day 4, my headache still persists with continuous sneezing and slight temperature of warmth due to cold I felt.

When I was taking my regular steaming with all ingredients as Turmeric, Ginger, Salt, Pepper and neem leaves. I was told that they have added lemon peels today. But to my surprise, I dint get the smell of anything.

I started identifying the smell of everything in the room, I couldn’t recognize the smell of even the Concentrated Eucalyptus oil and Dettol . I was slightly shaken and called up the Doctor immediately and told the thing.

Dr. Nirmal had consoled me and asked me to continue the medicine and to take Dolo for headache, He had also assured me that I will regain my sense of smell in a day, else will change the Medicines.

On 5th day, my head ache was reduced but dint get my sense of smell back. I waited for one more day.

On 6th day, I regained my sense of smell to a very lighter extent. Even concentrated items blown the mild fragrance. I kept smelling the Lemon continuously.

On 7th day, everything was normal other than tiredness and body pain. No headache.. No temperature but sense of smell is light. However we waited in the anticipation it is on the reducing stage.

On 12th day, on 02.07.2020, we had taken retest and found Covid is NEGATIVE.

Even though, I had very few symptoms and sufferings unlike others, the stress.. it is taking our Life out!

When my husband suggested Homeopathy medicine for Covid, I had my own doubts on Homeopathic Medicines that it is slow in working and curing. But No.. Homeopathy medicines even act as per the requirements too, I realized!! Thanks to Homeopathy Medicine and Dr. Nirmal who had been kind enough in giving treatment. I felt like I had got Second birth out of this Covid-19. Thank God!!

Other Procedures followed :

Pranayama - 15 min

Zinc Acetate & Ascorbic Acid Tablets - twice a day

Kabasura kudineer : Once a day

Steaming with ingredients as mentioned above : twice a day

Pepper Jeera hot water along with Nutritious Food
