The doctor is very courteous and friendly in his interaction with his patients. What I liked most is the time taken by the doctor to explain the various types of treatments that are available for me to choose from with the pros and cons of each type of treatment. I'm very impressed with all aspects of what he has to offer his patients.

I had heavy pain in my wisdom teeth and when I met dr. Balaji, he completely checked my teeth and explained the process for about 30 minutes since I was very nervous about the surgery. He made me to understand the process and gave me so much comfort and strength to face the surgery boldly. He said he will make it without pain and he did what he promised. And now I got my smile back 😇😇😇😇

I came to Dr. Balaji with lot of pain and he took care of me. Another dentist told me I had to do cap etc but Dr. Balaji said just fillings is sufficient and did what is right and enough. He explained everything patiently and told me what is needed. I never told him what the other dentist told me but I realised from now he is my family dentist. He even works on Sundays which is good.

Dr. Balaji knows what he does. He explains every bit of the treatment procedure beforehand and prepares you well. I am getting treated for closing gaps thru invisible aligners. Very affordable treatment and doctor is easily approachable to answer your questions. I would recommend Dr. Balaji to my friends and family so to you as well.

Had recurring blister in the mouth. Doctor explained reason as involuntary biting of the lip. Did mild filing of the teeth, to prevent the above. Shall observe the result, over the next week.

Doctor recommended descaling, which was also done very expertly.

I had wisdom tooth pain so i went to kb dental and doc balaji said I need to remove up and down 2 tooth. I said ok..........but am really scared about tooth removal because upward 1 is normal method and the down tooth need surgery.

Am done with the surgery.

Dr. Rachna Balaji is an excellent implant specialist. My implant surgery was painless and went extremely well. She is kind, sensitive, and thoughtful, especially towards senior citizens. She explained everything in detail after the surgery and even called to check on my recovery, which really moved me. The staff is fantastic and experienced, and the clinic is very clean and sterilized. The follow-up process was smooth, and the reception staff were very friendly.
