Again nothing exaggeration, read the incident to know why we should choose Dr. Prabhu Doss.Today morning at 1am, suddenly I started experiencing severe pain on my back, done all the home remedies but of no use. I have no idea on what to do in this pandemic situation. I have Medibuddy app in my mobile, tried but no use being a priority customer.Really do not know what to do, I started searching my mobile. Long back, nearly 3 years back we have consulted Dr. Prabhu Doss once. My daughter dialled his mobile and then looking at time (4am), she disconnected. But this doctor did not took it easy, we god a call back immediately from his asking about the problem. Dr. Prabhudoss understands the patients problems and gives prompt advice. He takes time in letting his patients talk. i really felt comfortable speaking to doctor about my health issues. i live in Japan and healthcare here requires the residents to speak the Japanese language as the doctors here aren't very fluent in english. I contacted Dr. Prabhudoss and he immediately agreed to listen to my problems. He is like a friend with whom you can share your concerns without the feeling of getting judged. i am glad i found Dr. Prabhudoss and it makes me feel like i am just a message away from my doctor, as he reponds swiftly to all the queries. i highly recommend him.

Dr. Prabudoss was kind and caring. I wish he examined the actual area where I am experiencing pain. He may have thought otherwise. The clinic has an inefficient system. Everything is done manually leading to mistakes. For example, my name has been spelled incorrectly on the prescription as well as lab test recommendations.
