Doctor was very friendly and my consultation with doctor was good. Doctor was busy with some conference so couldn't spend much time which is acceptable. Two things I found odd. Three patients who came after me has consulted the doctor and left. I dont know why I was waiting. Consultation fee in Practo has to be updated. It is not fair to charge double the amount for consultation.

Thanks for your feedback We try to see patients as booked by time. Sometimes we may have to see them earlier because of the urgency. Apologies for any wait. As far as consultation fees is concerned, there was a reduced rate when it was online only. We will address this when you come back for your follow up. Our standard consultation fee has been Rs 1000 although we did reduce it for online consultation for complete lockdown period. There has been issues with updation of details due to staffing issues at both ends. Doctor is well experienced and diagnosed my problem correctly. He prescribed me fusidin ointment and my chronic fissure goes aways in just 2 days. I was suffering 2 weeks but now I'm alright. I'll go again in 2 weeks for follow up and clear my doubts. Thanks a lot doc. Venkatesh
