Practo shows available appointment time of 9AM, however, the doctor is not available before 10AM.
Had to wait for an hour. When checked with doctor about the time confusion, he said that he has informed Practo but they are not removing those time slots. When I tried live chat with Practo, the customer care executive is asking me to but subscription so that I can get appointment with only verified doctors. Heights of unprofessionalism.
