I consulted with Dr. Gladson for chronic mouth ulcers which were present for nearly a week at the time of appointment. By then, I was barely able to speak, eat and sometimes sleep due to the pain (none of these problems the doctor bothered listening to)

A couple of glaring red flags that I noticed before, during and after the appointment.

1) Arrived 30 minutes late.

2) Picked up phone multiple times in a 30 minute appointment. Makes it tough for a patient who has difficulty speaking to start explaining all over again.

3) Turned my head around like a bobble head rapidly while doing the routine check. It was comical to say the least, and uncomfortable/painful at best.

4) He did not give me a chance to speak much about my issue. The moment we started, I mentioned that I have mouth ulcers . He said the cause is dehydration for what felt like eons. Nothing else. Did not bother checking for mouth ulcers or anything else inside the mouth. If I needed dehydration as an opinion, I would not have approached Dr. Gladson. I have since approached other Doctors for the same issue, *** ***** **** ***** *** *** ** *** **** ***** ** *** ****** **** *** *** **** ** * ********** ** *** ******* ** ***** ******.

5) He used a metal tool (non-blunt) to check inside my mouth for mouth ulcers when I clearly signaled that it would be painful.

6) He had me delay any kind of blood test by 2 weeks, even though I asked if there is a chance of deficiency or allergies which could be the cause.

7) The only thing he did was send me on my way with a prescriptions of 6~7 medications, ***** *** *** **** ********* *** **** *** *******

8) Initially charged Rs. 800 in practo, we were asked to cancel the appointment by the doctor over call and then charged Rs. 1250. It is not an allergy counseling if the diagnosis is dehydration without any tests or questions or any attention paid to what the patient has to say.

9) Lastly, calling someone impatient for expecting the doctor to come on time is unprofessional.

"I will never ever refer anyone to Dr.Gladson again, especially if they are in an emergency/panicky situation."

I booked an appointment on 24 May for my dad as he had bleeding in his nose for a few times. I had booked an appointment via practo which Dr.Gladson eventually made me cancel and booked the same via his app and collected 650rs in cash as his consultation. He asked for the symptoms and immediately asked to get a CT scan done worth Rs 3000. Upon the receipt of the report he explained in detail about the issue my dad had and started talking about its severity as to how it can lead to death if an operation was not conducted on the weekend itself. Not limiting to it, he also advised not to go for a cashless surgery but instead opt for a cash paid surgery and then go for reimbursement. He also prescribed certain medicines - the list is quite big!! Since we have ENT (MS) surgeons in our family, upon their advise we visited another doctor **** ** *********** the next day. ** *** * ******** ******** ******* **** **** ********** *** **** ******* ***** *** ******* ** ***** *** ********** **** * ****** *** * **** **** ** **** *** ****** We were still confused as to whom to believe! Then, we receive a message from Dr.Gladson himself, stating there were glaring mistakes in the report sent by the radiologist and we will be sent a revised report. He also apologized for the erroneous report which was sent. When my father received the revised report, he in fact rechecked with the doctor if surgery was really required ** *** ******* **** ******* He still maintains that surgery is required else it will Kill my father! This is really an unacceptable behavior from a person practicing a noble profession. We had contacts and went in for a second opinion, ******* *** ****** ** ******* *** **** *** **** ****** ** **** ****** ******** ** ** ****** ********** ***** ******* ** ***** **** ** ***** ********* *** ******** ** *** ******** I would never ever refer anyone to Dr.Gladson again.

I booked an appointment on Practo paying Rs.600... after a few minutes I get a WhatsApp msg checking my details.. then he suggests to cancel the booking and just pay him 150 when I see him the next day. I felt good thinking wow he is saving me money.

I see him the next day and checks my ears as I had a blockage feeling. Have been hearing exceeding music and constant use of headphones off late.

He says nothing in the ears and suggests a scan in 5 mins flat. Well when u surrender to a Doc u listen to what they say so I went ahead and off goes Rs.3000/-

His diagnosis was ‘Grossly deviated nasal septum with large septal spur with chronic rhinosinusitis and bilateral eustachian tube dysfunction’

Post scan he is like I am already too late and I need a surgery and will cost me 1.8 L if I go for cash less and if I go through him and pay cash it will be 90K.

Never visit this Doctor please !!!

As I am new to Bengaluru, I was looking for a reliable ENT doctor. After reading a few reviews and how effectively Dr Gladson responded to few of the concerns raised in the reviews, I decided to go to him for an Ear related issue (ear wax removal). I found the doctor to be very friendly and experienced. He understood my concerns and expertly and with ease cleaned my ears. My problem was resolved quickly and the doctor explained my health concerns satisfactorily. I Recommend that you go once Atleast and decided for urself.

Dr. Gladson is a doctor whome anyone can trust. He will indentify your issues and rectify them accordingly. Each step is so nicely explained. Very patient and a friendly doctor. He will always tell you to keep in touch, (most of the doc does,but he actually implement it) and make sure your health is improving. Whatever medication was prescribed by him it worked wonders for me. I have been visiting many ENT's but I finally find him and he changed my life through his medication. I really thank him for such wonderful support and being so nice. I would highly recommend Dr. Gladson for anyone with high sinusitis or sinus related issues.

1. Practo App and Practo Plus are relatively new to me. I didn't know about the need of updating my Practo profile. However, Dr. Gladson patiently followed up me to provide my details before accepting the appointment.2. Appointment began on-time.3. Doctor patiently listened to my dad (patient, senior citizen). I was happy that doctor can communicate in Kannada, because my dad is comfortable communicating in Kannada than any other language.4. Doctor was also concerned about knowing the pre-existing illness of the patient. He looked into the previous Discharge Summary of the patient before prescribing the Med.5. Doctor provided some clear instructions along with the prescription.6. Before Consultation: Due to the illness, my dad was lacking quality sleep and hence he was looking weak, exhausted and tired. After Consultation: My dad's illness has significantly reduced within a 1 & half days after he started having the prescribed medicines. And, now he looks relieved as the quality of sleep improved along with the prescribed medication.Thank you very much Dr. Gladson.

First thing that stand out is the care and importance I got. Even though my questions might have been repetitive, not even once did doc loose his cool. He was able to understand my fear & ensured I left clinic with all my doubts cleared & with no fear. He showed lot of patience in explaining things in layman terms. I will strongly recommend Dr Gladson for any ENT queries.

I happened to visit the doctor basis the reference. Even if it was for the first time we had a great experience since the doctor helped us to understand the issue and suggested with proper treatment which helped a lot. I would like to recommend this doctor who understands and responds to the patients as appropriate and as simple as possible.

Dr Gladson diagnosed the issue and treated the aural wax issue with utmost patience and care. Treatment was satisfactory and comfortable. Thanks a lot Dr Gladson for careful listening to the issues ans your valuable advices to care for our healthy ears .
