While my experience with Dr. Sujata was great and I have no complaints, the wait time and overall management of appointments in the clinic was unacceptable because of which I stopped going to the clinic and had to find another doctor. Inspite of taking appointments, there is always a delay and a waiting time of minimum 45mins -1 hour. Every time I have visited I have seen disgruntled patients for this same reason. I also had a blood test done in the lab here which was supposed to be ready in 2 days. After continuous follow up, I got the report after 5-6 days. No value for time here and administration really needs to be improved.

I consulted for skin hives. My bloodwork were fine. Doctors prescribed the medications and didn't explain what it was, I had to ask and got very generic answer. ********** ****** *** ***** **** **** *** ********* ****** **** ********** ****** ***** ** **** ******* **** **** ****** ***** ****** **** ****** **** On asking what is the issue, Doctor ended consult even though it was still under valid time period. I would highly not recommend.

Thank you for being a compassionate and thoughtful doctor . Whatever treatments I am taking under you are working completely and with full effectiveness . You judge the issue , study them , then u recommend the medicine or treatment . I am blessed to be ur patient .

She was quick. Finished the call in 5 mins. She gave the prescription and was clear.

She explained not to worry on my issue and its curable.

She even responded to my other doubts in chat window after the consultation.

The medicine was given for two months. Hoping that it should be effective on me.

I was having this issue for more than 2 years, have checked with many doctors, didn't get proper remedy. Dr.Sujaya's treatment really is working for me. My skin is healed almost more than 70%. I am positive it will be completely healed in due time. Thanks Dr.Sujaya

Doctor was realky great and friendly. she was very good in explaining about the issues and medicines to be taken.

Friendly doctor and cleared most of the skin tags. The doctor should have spent a little more time to check if all the tags were removed. The treatment felt a little rushed.

Had to wait for over an hour for my appointment, despite being on time. The staff lacks co-ordination. People who came much later were sent in before me

Doctor is very friendly , listens to our problem attentively and explains the treatment in a very simple way . She responds to each message and call I personally recommend people to contact mam in case of any skin related issue.

Good in explanation of issues to patients and very nice doctor. Listen to all problems very patients, provides very much necessary medication only.
