I was into chronic consumption of Alcohol & also I had bouts of Severe Headache, Depression & Anxiety. Due to pressure from my family members I abruptly stopped Alcohol consumption. The withdrawal symptoms were quite severe. I went to Dr. Padmanabha for physiotherapy for impinged nerve in the shoulder. I took 3 sessions and feeling much better already and pain has come down completely. i took physiotherapy treatment from dr padmanabha shettigar for my tennis elbow of right hand and frozen shoulder at left hand... and took accupuncture treatment for my cold urticaria. he gave me both the treatments in two courses each of 10 days in one month. my tennis elbow pain and frozen shoulder pain were almost vanished in one month after second course..my cold urticaria is reduced to a lot extent now and i am managing without any anti histemin tablets.i am very thankful to dr shettigar for treating me.he is very genuinly committed to his profession and has expertise in his field. he has a deep concern and compassion towards his patients. he was kind enough to treat me at my home as i was not in a position to travel to his clinic during mt treatment. my my

I got into Viral arthiritis 6 weeks ago. I had moderate joint pain in hands and feet. Condition persisted for 6 weeks. I consulted with Dr Padmanabha. He asked me to do blood tests for Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D. The doctor had a long conversation on the procedure and how its going to help me. Patiently answered all my questions.

He then proceeded with Acupuncture treatment. It took 1 hour end to end with 30 mins of actual treatment. He took lot of care on me and was trying to refine the procedure to relieve my pain. I have not seen a doctor who cares about his patient so much in my entire life time. Kudos to the treatment I feel much better after 5 sessions. Very happy with the experience.

Sthira holistic health centre is one of the best choice I ever made. I approached this centre as suggested by one of my family friend. I had lower back pain (disc herniation of L5-S1 disc). Here, I was adviced to take acupuncture treatment along with the physiotherapy for few days and I started feeling better from the day 1 itself. Along with the treatment, I tried to follow all the advices given by the doctor which also helped me a lot to recover faster. Dr.padmanabha shettigar is not just a doctor of high capabilities. He made me to quit smoking, drinking and my anxiety tablets at 1 shot, through his acupuncture and counseling. My daughter is suffering from wheezing issue from last 4 to 5 years.She have chest congession and breathing difficulties irrespective of seasons. she should carry the nebulizer always.
