My mri reports says that i have cervical slip disc(c6-c7). This itself was like a big trauma for me mentally as i m still young, 32 years. I have consulted with 2 ortho doctors and 3 physios in mumbai but still my problem was not reducing, i use to have severe stiffnes in neck, tingling in index finger this was affecting my daily life chorus.Then i came to know about Dr Vrushali, i travelled from mumbai to Bangalore and visited her, she diagnosed my condition and found the root causes of these, she found that i have been generated triggers point in my neck which was causing this(scm trigger points) and told me that not all mri are accurate. I was struggling with triceps tendonitis and tennis elbow issues for almost 4 months because of overuse injury (badminton and gym). I visited multiple physios and underwent IFT and Ultrasound sessions to no avail. There came a point where I was hardly able to lift a water bottle. My grandma is 75 . She had got hand fracture in September 2020. After which she was having trouble lifting her right hand. Basic action like holding pen was very difficult.
