I had a surgery on left foot for removal of excessive growth of a bone. Recently I have developed huge pain in left ankle. Ms Ambika helped in relieving the pain with good techniques. She has taught exercises to reduce pain. I could get good relief within five sessions. She is friendly, caring, understanding and talented.

Dr.Ambika gave treatment for my mother recently for her Palsy condition . She assessed her condition, recommended the number session required, every session was appointment basis without any waiting time. Understand the problem of mine and given appropriate therapy. Advised to do some regular exercises to reduce the knee pain. Given some motivational advise to get rid of the pain and stress.

I consider myself very lucky to have met Mrs. Ambika… for years I was suffering with pain in my shoulders and upper back, as well as a radiating pain in my lower body which had not been properly diagnosed. Mrs. Ambika immediately realized what the issue was and provided treatment with the TENS machine to resolve the pain. She also taught me a number of exercises to help strengthen the weak areas. The excruciating pain was gone in a week, and within 3 weeks (12 sessions) I can say that 90% of my pain is gone. I am certain continuing to practice the exercises will help eliminate the rest of the pain.
