I enrolled for the 12 week program for weight loss with Nutrition Tattva after a lot of googling and analysis of multiple possible options on how to proceed with weight loss. This included - exercising (have run four 10K marathons across 3 years), speaking to dieticians in hospitals who would give an eating chart to be followed and also speaking to people who were offering pyramid(Amway) type plans for weight loss where you have to buy stuff from them and eat to reduce weight. I was convinced that none of these help loose weight. I then google-researched for a good nutritionist and that is how I came across Nutrition Tattva.
After speaking to Dt Ranjani Raman, I decided to go for it. The 12 weeks I decided to go for this was the toughest (Mid October to Mid January) as it had in its path, festivals... Dussehra, Diwali, my kid's birthday, Christmas, and New Year.. all these being big eating opportunities!
I had details discussions with Dt Ranjani Raman about myself, my eating habits, the areas I want to improve and take control of and my pain areas. I was given a detailed explanation and a custom plan for every meal and every thing in between meals that I should eat or drink. I was then part of a team including Dt Ranjani Raman, Dt Sharaddha Kavugoli and the operations head Vidya. The aim of this entire team was to reduce MY weight!
I was constantly connected with the team and was giving them status updates every few hours on WhatsApp through the 12 weeks. There was constant monitoring, discussions and tweaking of the plan based on my likes, dislikes and what was working and what wasn't working along the way. I had a lot of doubts and questions about food, diet and living that were cleared along the way. What I liked the most about this process was that the aim of the program was to help me manage my eating habits based on whatever is cooked for everyone at home. Also, the program prepared me to a sustainable approach to eating food that can be followed properly on my own.
I was able to reduce from 84 kgs at the beginning of the program to 68 kgs after 12 weeks. An overall reduction of 16 kgs!!! It has been 3 weeks after the program and I am still applying all that I have learnt during the process and my current weight is consistent and hovering around 68 kgs.
A big Thank You to the entire team- Dt Ranjani Raman, Dt Sharaddha Kavugoli and the Operations Head Vidya for all the constant monitoring, support and guidance and for teaching the approach to proper eating, drinking and healthy living. I would like to begin my review of this program by thanking the Nutrition Tatva and particularly Ranjani. I would sum up the program as " Dedicated, commitment, process driven, success oriented and team work.
I had all confused thoughts in my mind before I had a first call with Ranjani on diet and changing eating habits. Introduction of healthy eating habit and the benefits and how gradually the mind adjusts to the process has put me into a comfortable position and eased my worries.
I highly appreciate Ranjani for the fact that during the first call she didn't hesitate to speak to my spouse about the program and for her involvement in this program to make it possible. She made sure that it is a team effort and would enable us to reach the common goal at the end of the journey.
I Appreciate the process of introducing portion control which was gradual and gave enough time for the body to adjust healthy eating. Nowhere in entire process they have tried to jump the line , even when sometimes intended result were not achieved. They concentrated on the process and continued to motivate, to follow the process.
Also, before every meal plan was devised there was a followup call to understand my needs and comfortableness. A new plan is prepared to meet my requirement and to pacify the soul.
Result of this continuous effort from me and great support n motivation from my wife and great guidance from the Nutrition Tatva I was able to lose 12 kgs in 12 weeks. I was able to achieve this in spite of skipping program on some days 😉. I highly recommend people interested in transforming to healthy n clean eating habit to reach out to Ranjani and her team.
In addition, I would like to thank Aysha for continously following with me and motivating me for every post I sent in the group. She never diverted from her focus during the program and made sure that I remain focused in the program. A great addition to this program is their motivational messages everyday helped to pumpup the energy and walk towards the success. I started with Nutrition Tattva at a point where I had almost given up on losing weight.
I was constantly bloated, had frequent headaches, insomnia, irritability, and absolutely zero energy at any point during the day. At 43, I genuinely believed losing even one more kilo was impossible. I blamed everything on perimenopause, or so I thought. I couldn’t have been more wrong.
The first three days completely shocked me. I was eating so much food that I couldn’t even finish my portions. I kept wondering how on earth they expected me to lose weight while feeding me this much!
By the second week, my stomach started feeling lighter. By the fourth week, I was sleeping through the night without waking up in between. Then the weight started coming off—around 2 kgs every three weeks.
My work involves a lot of travel and socialising, and despite those unavoidable breaks, the results were incredible. I started at 78.3 kgs, and by the end of 12 weeks, I was down to 72 kgs—something I truly didn’t think was possible anymore.
What really hit me in the third month was realizing I hadn’t had a headache in weeks. That was a huge wow moment.
The best part? I was never starved of my favourites. I had my chai—with sugar—and enjoyed the food I loved. There was no guilt. The only rule was simple: don’t give up, and get back on track.
Prasamsa was incredibly hands-on. From food pictures to step count, water intake, and sleep—she followed up consistently and didn’t miss a single update. That level of accountability and care made all the difference.
This journey didn’t just help me lose weight—it helped me understand my body, my food, and my health in a way I never had before. I’m deeply grateful to Nutrition Tattva and would highly recommend Ranjani Raman to anyone who feels stuck, tired, like I once did.

Feeling blessed that I decided to chose Nutrition Tattva for my nutrition journey of 6 months. They totally transitioned my perspective about food. Yes, food really heals which I didn't believe until I joined them. Every month my blood parameters proved it. I was eating monotonously every day thinking that its healthy but got bored of it literally, that's when I decided to go for a nutritionist. Now I am literally feasting everyday and I feel excited on everyday menu. They made me to eat variety of foods everyday, it's just simple meals, fruits and veggies. Nothing fancy. Changes in diet plans every 2 weeks kept me interesting and to understand what's next? ***** **********They accomodate and respect your food preferences, monitor and make plans after reviewing blood parameters every month which means that their nutrition plan is not only about weight loss but more about healing health. Just trusting them and following the food plans religiously made big differences in my physical and mental health. Ranjanis monthly follow up calls are not just checklist markers, but more of discussion and counselling as well. Association with them for past 6 months has made the diet plans now to be a part of my daily habits. For initial few weeks it might sound little difficult to follow, but meantime when you end the program, we ourselves will be able to understand our body preferences and right food for us.

My journey started with a wake‑up call after I entered post‑menopause. No matter how many diets I tried from Google or social media, nothing worked. I eventually gave up on losing weight. Their diet plan worked beautifully for me and completely changed how I look at food. Utkalika constantly checked in on me and guided me through my food intake. My weight loss was slow because of how my body responded, but not once did Ranjani’s team make me feel insecure about it.
In the beginning, when Ranjani said, “Use the chat often and ask any questions,” I thought I wouldn’t need to*I believed I could handle everything myself. But eventually, I ended up messaging them a lot! They were always so supportive. You can ask them anything*whether your day is planned or unplanned*they guide you on what to eat and what to avoid, especially if you’ve already had a Big meal.

I signed up with Nutrition Tatva in October last year for a 12 week plan. I have been trying different ways to lose weight for more than a decade and have never been fully successful. So, I was quite skeptical when I signed up. But, after I spoke to Ranjani, she instilled confidence in me and motivated me to stay focused. Gracy and Ranjani were with me as part of this journey each day ensuring that I eat the right thing and the right portion. I started losing weight from the first week itself and there was no looking back. The best thing is there are no over the counter supplements and the diet is prepared keeping your daily food habits in mind and ingredients that are very easily available. A special shout out to Gracy for answering all my queries immediately and making adjustments to the plan wherever necessary and keep me motivated.
At the end of 12 weeks, I lost more than 10 kgs and my HBA1C dropped from 6.4 to 5.7 which is unbelievable. I feel light, energetic and confident. I have been maintaining this weight since a month and my body is now used to less portions and healthy options. Thanks, Ranjani and Gracy.

Today, I am a new me. Thanks to Ranjani and the team at Nutrition Tattva for a whole new version of myself whom I have fallen in love with.
I got inspired to enrol into their 12 week program when I saw the wonders that their plans had done with a few of my family members of mine who had enrolled with them. Had previously tried a few others over the last few years without as much success. Being in my mid forties, I was desperate to get fitter and healthier and focus on myself. And am so happy that I was able to lose close to 10 kgs from where I was previously.
I must say I was doubtful about how successful I would be in shedding a few kilos and also importantly remain there. The program has done that and so much more - it has given me a deeper insight about what constitutes a balanced meal and how to manage the nutrients that our body needs and also be mindful and conscious about eating in general. This is my takeaway from this plan.
Ranjani gets fully involved in making the customised diet plan and her team helps taking it forward. Many thanks to my dietitian Sailavanya who would motivate me to do my best to stick to the plan. They also would give me alternatives and help me figure out the best approach to eating out, holiday eating etc. Thanks to Ranjani and her team members Vidya and Sailavanya for being there for me throughout the program. Nutrition Tattva was not like many weight reduction centers which gives a diet chart and asks us to follow .Throughout the 3 month programme, they were with me, the diet chart was easy to follow .The best part is it had varieties and it was just home cooked foods. They also keep enquiring whether we are comfortable with the foods and if not, they change the foods. They also suggest how we can make those foods tastier.
Throughout the programme I never felt I had been on a diet ,it was tastier & easier to follow. Inspite of me taking unexpected breaks, I was able to achieve my desired result. I would highly recommend to the people who are looking for healthy weight reduction.
Reducing weight is huge task more than that maintaining it is hectic. But, now I can easily manage it. The change is just not physical, but mindset also, there is no sacrifice of our favorite dishes. I am writing this review after 1.5 months of my programme completion. My weight still remains the same and I am confident of maintaining this weight in the future also.
