Dr. Prashanth is a very nice doctor I have come across in dental in bannerghatta. He is very honest and he will suggest what is needed. And before treating he will discuss with the patient what is needed for the treatment. That's the very nice and appreciable quality of Dr. Prashanth Reddy.We visited Rainbow hospital for my son, dental cavity treatment few days back and there, one lady doctor, Dr. Ummey Salma, treated my son without discussing with me the price and procedure. She didn't gave us chance to think and for consultation to other doctor. As she was overpriced. and we were not able to contact Dr. Prashanth Reddy due to some issue with the landline phone number. So we went to Rainbow, just for consultation. And that doctor opened the area of teeth without asking me and made us sit outside from 2.30 pm to 5pm.because some other patient came at his appointment time. So I was sitting in rainbow hospital with my 7 years old son from 3pm to 5 pm. She did this, so that they can't loose one customer in covid time. She told me in 2 sittings, it will be over. But she called us 3 times to hospital for the process of pulpectomy. It costed us 12k for steel cap, X Ray charges, surgical gown, and pulpectomy process. I felt like, doctor should have discussed before starting the process or before opening the teeth area. And next day in rainbow, an adult was there waiting before us. And she was so unstable. That patient was not willing to wait even for 30 mins. And I waited with my 7 years son, 2 hrs in the hospital. That was really very disheartening from hospital point of view. And in Rainbow, dental consultation is very costly so think twice or thrice before going to dental Checkup in Rainbow hospital, Bannerghatta.,Banglaore.

Dr Prashant and his team is really really professional and amicable at the same time. The Dr dedicated ample time to understand my situation, and then suggest the best course of action. His dexterity in doing the procedure is phenomenal, and you don't feel a thing and the procedure is over. Still few treatments pending, but I'm converted to a loyal patient already . Thank you Dr.
