1. I am not from Bangalore. I had traveled there for work and, based on Google reviews, decided to visit this Clinic for a routine dental checkup. I had no pain in any tooth; it was simply a general checkup. 2. On Sept 7, 2025 (11:30 AM), I was seen by Dr. Andrea, who suggested extraction of wisdom tooth #28. This seemed reasonable, so I agreed. I returned the next day, Sept 8, 2025 (1 PM), for the procedure. ** ************* *** ****** *** ** ************ ** ********* ******* ** ** ********** 4. Before the procedure, I clearly informed the extraction specialist, Mr. Mueedul Islam (appointed by clinic owner Dr. Neeraja Raju), that I would be flying back to the U.S. within 3 days and asked if extraction was safe under such circumstances. He assured me it was fine. * Outstanding Dental Care Experience at Little Pearls Dental Clinic, BTM Layout *

I recently visited Little Pearls Dental Clinic in BTM Layout for a deep cavity and partially broken tooth (previously root canal-treated at another hospital). I was truly overwhelmed by the way they handle their patients—from the warm welcome at the reception to the entire procedure.

The clinic is managed by Dr. Neeraja Raju, one of the most experienced and highly qualified dental specialists, with over 26 years of expertise. She treats patients of all age groups—from toddlers as young as 2 years to adults—with the utmost care and professionalism.

Dr. Neeraja patiently listened to my concerns, explained every step of the treatment clearly, and advised me about the necessary precautions after the procedure. They thoroughly examined my tooth, showed me the X-ray revealing more than 90% infection, and carefully extracted the tooth without any discomfort. They even showed me the post-extraction X-ray, which reassured me about the quality of their work.

I have never come across such a caring and professional dental team. I am extremely thankful to Dr. Neeraja Raju and her dedicated staff for their excellent service.*** Highly recommend Little Pearls Dental Clinic to anyone seeking genuine, expert dental care in Bangalore!

I have been going to Little Pearls clinic for a few years now. Started with braces for my daughter and continued for varuous dental issues for all of my family.

All the doctors who consult at the clinic are excellent in their work. Dr.Neerja personally ensures that every one of her patients are treated in the best possible way. She instils confidence in all and is fully in control at the clinic, managing front desk and doctors with her oversight.

She is very friendly, reassuring and is extremely patient in answering questions and explaining procedures to young patients and elder alike.

I have also taken my 88 year old father for dental issues. She understands what is important for him and does not extend the treatment to more than what is required.

Dr.Neerja deftly uses technology to ensure all patient medical records are stored and easily retrieved.

The charges at the clinic are very nominal. Never have I got a feel that the treatment is recommended when it is not absolutely necessary.

We are from Tamilnadu and tooth decay has started and front teeth were half broken accidently while playing outside for my nephew who is 3 years old . He was not co operative for the local dentist and after many research in internet we have found Dr.Neeraja Raju mam and with all hope we started the treatment of placing the cap for decayed tooth and other procedures as well. She explained all the procedures in detailed way so that people can understand very clearly . After 1 month of treatment we did not see any issues. Also one good part of doctor is that she remembers people who are going on for treatment and she remembers the patient history itself . I would recommend this hospital and doctors for all dental treatment . Dr speaks English, Kanada , Tamil , Hindi very fluently and i think it will help others a lot.

Even Me and my sister had tooth checkup by Dr.Poonam and everything went well .
