I had visited Dr Vivek for my mothers knee pain. I had visited many doctors but the pain that my mother had was the same. A friend of mine referred me to Dr Vivek as he had taken Physio sessions from Dr Vivek. He used to travel from Hebbal to his clinic in Vidyaranyapura Sambhram College for the treatment which is almost 10 kms from his place. He just insisted me to have a consultation and see and later take a call on whether to take the treatment or not. As said i booked an appointment and visited Drs Clinic. First and foremost thing I would appreciate is the Punctuality in time. Unlike many clinics that we visit we wait for hours to see a doctor. But here it was on time I could meet Dr Vivek. He values time and one should learn from him. He listened to us very patiently and answered all our doubts. Consultation itself took more than 45 mins as we had so many things to ask and get clarified. And all our doubts were clarified to our satisfaction. And later we decided to go for the treatment. After the course of Physiotherapy my mom feels much better and she remembers Dr Vivek atleast once daily. She was in such a pain that she could not walk but now she goes for her regular walks. Apart from doing the needful exercises at the clinic, he also gave me some exercises to do at home. He also told me of the do's and don't which I should be following for my frozen shoulders. With all the regular visits and Dr. Vivek's healing touch, my frozen shoulder is now healed to great extent and I am confident that with the continuous therapy it would be totally healed. She coordinated time over phone which was helpful and treatment was also helpful. Felt like she was in a hurry to leave home, which could be avoided with a patient.
