Had a great experience. Earlier, before visiting Nafeesa mam, I had tried many cross diets to lose my weight but was left with no success. On consultation and following their prescribed diet plans, I lost my weight without much effort. With Simple diet plan and simple physical activities, I got into shape within expected time span. Mam suggested me to go for 6 months plan. Gradually I saw the result over a period of time. On following the strict diet plan, I lost around 15 kgs, and that was an amazing result. First Eat Right as it says Eat Right is the main motto of it. I did a lot of research before i found Dr Nafeesa Imteyaaz. Well, I'm very delighted to say that i have chosen the right Dietitian for me. I fall short of words to tell about her services as a Dietitian.

I was struggling to loose weight on my own, dint get that seriousness and confidence to loose weight on my own. Tried various methods of losing weight , but noting worked. Even walking daily for 45 mins dint work as i used to eat a lot of junk foods on daily basis.

We came to Bangalore recently , was searching for dietitian,who can help my wife to reduce weight & nutrition advice.We were searching across all Bangalore in Practo, found the profile for Dr.Nafeesa, went through all her details & reviews (Like you are going through it now )

Found JP nagar clinic was nearby to us & consultation available on Weekend.so contacted them & got appointment immediately for next day.

As soon as ,we reach to clinic, staff greeted us & given initial form to fill out.It was very straight forward form, kind of medical history.

On the 1st consultation, Dr.Nafeesa have noted down complete background , medical conditions, eating habits,etc. Based on the all notes, she suggested 3 months program to reach 51 Kg Mark (from 61). after confirming for this program,my wife started to follow it , from day 1 , team has started to keep record on weight , eating habits & made us aware about these habits.

As she started to follow course, every week, weight was reducing around 0.750 gms. Initially it was slow, but later as followed the diet, it was around 1Kg ( after 3-4 weeks) per week. Good thing about this, Dr & Staff was continuously in touch with us to listen to our experiences. Had Dr.'s consultation at clinic during the course , 3-4 times, just to observe medical conditions & clear our doubts.

So, at the end of 14th Week, my wife has reduced 10 Kg weight , and her metabolism is also improved, the best part is she has conceived also.

We both are thankful to First eat right, for bringing healthier life back in our lives.

Great Experience ! I was consulted by Dr. Nafeesa , in the year 2004-2005 when she was with Wockhardt, I had great results then. Over a period of time though I lost control . I was running about 50-60 kms per month , for a ear but still weight was not getting reduced . So finally I started looking for dietitians around and saw Dr. Nafeesa's name, so I decided to go to her. She recommended 4 month course. ******* **** **** ******** I lost about 8 kgs over 4 months. Also had allied issues like acidity stopped totally, LDL reduced. Not only me, but my wife also ended up following the concepts ., she had eczema on her soles , which got cured.

I am Shilpa, I am a student, studying in a seshadripuram college, 2nd year B.com. 1 year back I was suffering from obesity & took soo many suggestions from soo many people & took some ayurvedic medicines to loose my weight, but that doesn’t help me at all, after taking the medicine I lost some weight only for that movement I felt very happy & I stopped taking tablets for 1 month.
