I've been consulting with Shazia for a while now, and overall, my experience has been somewhat positive. While there have been some aspects that could be improved, I'm optimistic about the ongoing journey.

One aspect of my consultations that I appreciate is the flexibility in diet changes. Every 7-10 days, my diet plan evolves, allowing for adjustments based on my progress and preferences. This adaptability keeps things interesting and helps me stay motivated on my journey to better health. There is a 2-3 days challenge diet plan as well which I have to follow in between with every normal diet plan.

Another helpful feature is the availability of chat support with my dietician. Being able to ask questions and seek guidance whenever I need it is incredibly valuable. The dietician's responsiveness has been a reassuring factor in my experience so far.

However, one area where I believe there's room for improvement is in the recipe suggestions. Personalized recipes would make the experience feel more tailored to my goals and lifestyle.

In conclusion, my ongoing consultations with my dietician have been positive, with a few areas that could be enhanced. The flexibility in diet changes and the availability of chat support are definite advantages. I hope to see more personalized recipe recommendations in the future to further enhance my experience.

I have been in touch with Doctor Shazia for almost around a year now, and I can simply just say one word is Excellent.

The reason being,

(1) She has a very good knowledge and takes time to listen to our concerns and then comes up with best possible diet plan.

(2) Secondly she will just take care of our likes and dislikes our food habits and accordingly the diet chart will be shared , which keeps one motivated throughout the weight loss journey.

(3) Through my personal experience I have seen other doctors also who helps in weigh loss , their diet chart would have all sorts of fancy items which sometimes becomes difficult to purchase form store. But Doctor Shazia’s plan has the basic things only which everyone can get at their homes very easily.

(4) Currently I am taking consultation on weight loss program for my mother and she has lost 10 kgs in just one month. Just to do my mother’s life is sedentary with very minimum physical activity, but with having lost around 10 kgs she is kind of walking also , not that much but at least better than before

(5) Lastly , doctor also ensures to avoid any unwanted medicines and is always ready to help in the best possible way.
